McKenzie was such a HORRIBLE RUDE employee! She was being very disrespectful and so unprofessional, she made my visit to Chick-fil-A the worst !!! She did not provide eficiente customer service will not return to this location!
50 minutes and never received my order. (I live 5 mins away) called them 30 mins in they said the driver was lost but was 5 mins away.. 20 mins later I called to have them cancel the order at 50 mins since the driver left in route to my place, they did not refund me my money.

In no circumstance do I want ketchup in a packet. I come to your restaurant specifically for dippable ketchup. At least warn me next time.
