GOODNESS, GRACIOUS, GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!!!

WOW what a treat..aaaand spiyiyiyiycy also!!!
A must if you like yucatecan cuisine!!
Tlazocamati is the word which is used as a “thank you” in Nahuatl - a bit more poetic than that, - “thank you for knowing how to be in the fire of love”..and it burns sooo good

The place is small and beautiful, the food was delicious and fresh, and the employees were so nice! It was my first time here and I will be returning soon!

Have been coming here for ages. Best value for the money of all Mexican and Tex Mex places in the area. My favorites are the brisket a la Mexicana and blackened fish tacos.

Had the chicken Itza, hands down the most perfect, delicious chicken breast I've EVER had at any restaurant!! I usually don't care for chicken breasts preferring thighs because it's always dry when you order white meat, however this was not; it's excellent and all of the vegetables and avocado that it came with were fresh and very delicious. I had the charro beans which were also good. Highly recommend and I will be back anytime I'm down this way

Great food! Family came here and everyone loved their food. We had the Playa tacos, taco salad, beef quesadilla, and chicken quesadilla. The thick chips with house salsa was amazing with their own hot sauces.

Coming from Austin, I wasn’t sure I would be able to find a Mexican food restaurant that put a smile on my face. Hands down the best Mexican food restaurant in not just Kemah but all the surrounding areas! Martín was great and very patient when we decided on what we wanted. He always knew what we wanted without even having to ask. Stellar service. The whole menu is gold but items not to pass on.. margaritas, Al pastor tacos, salsa (all four), and chimichanga. I will definitely be coming back. Mic Drop!!!

We had an amazing lunch! My kids cleaned their plates. I enjoyed my chikenitsa plate and my husband enjoyed his ceviche. Staff was very nice. If we are ever in the area again it will be a definite stop. The salsas are outstanding!

Incredibly good tacos. Aside from the excellent taste, they have a wide array of meat selections for the tacos.

I do not recommend the place, the waiter does not serve well and makes many bad faces. Horchata water tastes very bad, I don't recommend it either.
