I'm an Uber driver in the Seabrook & Kemah area. Saturday night I dropped off one of my regulars at Jackie's. When I picked her up around midnight she told me about how she was physically assaulted by another customer. Now my client is in her 60's. She reported it to the management and no actions were taken. After dropping her off at home I called Jackie's to follow up on this situation. The person who answered the phone was the same person who received the complaint initially. I asked if the police officers working security were involved and he not yet. He had two for not escalating the mstter. 1, The person who assaulted my client bolted out and the other one was because he had too many other things going on. He assured me that after our phone call at he would report it to the police. I gave him my clients numbers so they could follow up with her. On Sunday I called around noon to speak with the owner or the GM. They were out for the day, so I left my number asking them to call me. I spoke with my client on Sunday evening and no one from Jackie's had reached out to her.

Had a hard time getting a drunk local off my paid VIP table, but I managed. Very good waitresses and bar attendance. Ice cold beer and good mix drinks. The bands are always great! Especially A/M F/M 70S and 90s experience! Will return again and again!

Great service and excellent menu, the ribeye was cooked to perfection! The Eagles tribute band is in the house tonight, fun party vibe. Don’t leave without trying the beniets…delicious! You’re gonna love this place…it’s a hidden neighborhood gem.

The shrimp and crab were amazing! And Jessica gave us THE BEST service! Only complaint we have is the beer is never cold! Very disappointing! . But we will be back again and again and hopefully Jessica can wait on us again!

Tried Jackie's for the first time last night for my 55th birthday. Was pleasantly suprised. Everything was wonderful! I had the personal pizza, my husband had the chicken fried steak and we shared some deep fried mushrooms. Was a great birthday dinner, and we will definitely be back!!!
Loved the atmosphere for our book club halloween party! The service was great for our 60+ group. Their drinks were delicious!

This was a fun place to have an event! Highly recommend. The bartenders and waiters were very helpful & quick. We had easily over 60 people and a drink would pop up in your hand as soon as you ordered it! We loved it so much. Will be back for sure!
