Ordered a stuffed crazy crust pep pizza, got home wasnt stuffed crust just a regular pepperoni pizza and i called the store n they said would make me another and when i arrived it was just regular stuffed crust pepperoni when i told the guy at the counter he went to the back and just threw on unmelted butter. I asked for a new pizza after the guy at the counter was giving me attitude and they said it would be 10-15 minutes, waited 30 MINUTES for the pizza to STILL BE WRONG and the same exact pizza they gave me in the beginning just a reg pep. Pizza was ok but just not what i ordered and so many issues and manager was no help at all

I did an online order for this new location, and honestly this was the best little ceasers I had in a long time. Usually when I go to other locations the food be okay and dont be fresh and hot, but this location had my food hot & fresh, and it was good!

I went closer to Kemah since we really like the little Caesar's pizza I ordered a Hawaiian hula but when I got home I realized that instead of pizza they gave me an omelette with cheese! 😂 And badly cut!!!! I'll keep driving to Dickinson!!!

Have been waiting a good while for this location to open and tonight I go to pick up my pizza which I ordered otp I asked for pepperoni pizza and GARLIC CHEESY bread. I pick up my order and was delighted to meet miss nathalie; between being hungry and texting on my phone I hadn’t noticed that I was given a CRAZY bread instead of the “Italian cheese bread.” Once home I call back to explain what I had asked for, and miss nathalie quickly resolved my issue. Upon arrival I was greeted by a not so friendly curly headed boy, I proceed to ask for the cheesy garlic bread to which he begins to hand me another crazy bread. So I say “no the one that’s cut into pieces.” This guy begins to tell me that, that is the Italian cheese bread and what I ordered was COMPLETELY different. He hesitantly grabs the box and snatches it open to show me the bread I originally ordered. I said “yes sir it’s that one,thank you” he snaps the box shut shoves it to me then walks away. Completely appalled with this kids behavior especially considering they JUST opened. I would like to say thank you to everyone else though, for there warm welcoming attitudes.

THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT NOT ENOUGH PARMESAN CHEESE ON THE CRAZY BREAD, I EVEN BOUGHT TWO ORDERS, JUST TO MAKE SURE I WASN'T TRIPPIN', I RATHER GO TO THE ONE IN DICKINSON AND SPEND THE TIME GOING OVER THERE, BUT FOR ME TO BUY TWO ORDERS AND BOTH DIDNT EVEN HAVE NOT ONE DOT OF PARMESAN CHEESE, SO MUCH FOR A NEW LITTLE CEASARS, VERY BAD CRAZY BREAD, NOT ENOUGH PARMESAN CHEESE, I PRACTICALLY JUST PAID FOR JUST PLAIN DOUGH
Amazing pizza and customer service from Jonathan was great! They also have the self serve pizza portal contactless pickup when you order on the app. We only got to try the mini pizza cups with marinara but they did not disappoint! So excited to finally have a Little Caesars in the area! 🍕 ❤️
