Services are really slow.
Meaning extremely slow
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
THEY TREAT YOU AS TRASH …. we have ever experience in this franchises. They never got our order after 45 min waiting when we asked for it they said “we already gave it to you, it is not our problem now” the manager treat us the worst way in front of everybody ignoring our order and time.

Ordered a warm chai latte with coconut milk, but it was served cold. I returned it, asked for it warm again, and the replacement was still cold. Disappointing—please double-check temperature and order notes.

Pretty dtandard Starbucks near Kemar Boardwalk. Friendly staff - didnt like being asked for a tip by the credit card machine.

On today’s day Oct. 28, wanted ti ride the rides but it started to rain pretty heavy so we stopped by at Starbucks. I Thank you so much Kisha for being very informative on the Blonde drinks and expresso’s while doing our drinks. Keep having the positivity and being informative everyday. We learn something new everyday.

This place was too expensive for me to be comfortable/happy buying anything here. $4 bottles of water, $6+ lemonades, etc. If I could have gotten a free cup of ice water with my purchase of a lemonade, I would have done that, but the app doesn’t have a way to order a cup of water, so it wasn’t worth it.

This place didn’t allow mobile order, and the service is zero star if I can be honest. Ive ordered the one venti and two grande drinks here today since the weather is painfully hot. We got in and the store is pretty quiet. We’re the only people in there and the cashier was at the til. She didn’t greet or anything, she went on with cleaning and organizing. So we waited for a couple of minutes for her to turn around and even give us time. She didn’t greet like any other Starbucks place. She took our order and her voice is so quiet that I had to ask her repeat it three times. She went and made our order right away which is good. But as we waited we noticed that our drinks were mostly filled with ice and the rest was poured in the sink. The person didn’t seem to be having a good day. Anyway, I asked for two ice water because we know there wasn’t enough liquid in the drink despite getting a venti or grade. We’re told we can only get one water. I paid for three drinks. Anyway, it’s our first time to experience a not so nice service at Starbucks most especially this is a tourist destination.

I ordered an unsweetened drink but received one that was sweet and topped with whipped cream. I returned it completely full, simply because it wasn’t what I ordered — not to take advantage.
Unfortunately, instead of a quick and helpful fix, I found myself having to argue just to get a fresh drink made correctly. It was a frustrating experience, especially over something that could’ve been resolved easily.
A more understanding and customer-focused approach would’ve made all the difference. Being argumentative only reflects poorly on the staff and the overall experience.

I bought 2 coffees here, but my daughter couldn’t drink coffee so I asked for a small cup of ice water. I asked for one more since it was too small, but they refused and had a bad attitude. Poor customer service.
