I never make reviews but I had to this time. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and this was the size of ALL my wings. Not to mention they were ice cold. I am very disappointed. They do not wear gloves when preparing food and definitely need to be inspected. Just dont eat here.

This place needs to be inspected, i got food poisoning for a week straight, non stop stomach ache, then realized it was probably freon cross contamination or poor hand hygiene etc, never in my life have i felt this sick, also noticed they DO NOT WEAR GLOVES!!! whatever you do please do not eat from here unless u want food poisoning

They fry their wings on the rarer side and the fries seemed nearly burnt. So I’m not sure how I would recommend someone place their order - maybe in person to explain how they want it?? Because everyone enjoys being told how to do their job

Overall it was a good experience, I came for a pick order I had placed on their app and when I arrived I always open the bag. The order was wrong. The wings were the wrong flavor and also I had ordered tenders and there none in the bag. They mentioned they would get the order remade immediately. I only waited 5 minutes and it was taken care of.
The guy that was taking our order was coughing everywhere and wiping his nose snot all over his hands and touching our cups and everything! Then when we pointed it out to him he got upset then we went on to waiting for our food and didn’t know it was done because no one had called our name he was calling everybody else that came in after us but not us he finally asked us for the name and it had been sitting out for thirty minutes with no one telling us it’s done ! Would not recommend

Called several times starting at 9:30 pm they never answered. Pulled up at 9:40 pm and they were cleaning already and said we could no longer order. The lady refused to give me the managers name all 6 times I asked her. This is Monday March the 11th 2024. Finally was told by another worker that Annabelle is the manager so hope she see this!

This location refused to help me in any capacity when they messed up my order. I ordered 20 wings and only 5 out of the 20 were correct, I couldn’t return because I was on my lunch break and was already waiting 25+ minutes for my order. When I called they refused to help me get replacement wings. The service they have is terrible and no one should come here
