Log Cabin Cafe Reviews
friendly staff, great food, totally worth the drive to experience this family owned gem. It's got great small town vibes in a world where it seems like mom and pops diners and cafes like this are getting harder and harder to find. truly a great way to experience Texas. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Log Cabin Cafe!
We had a large group show up for the Friday dinner, unexpected, and the staff was really great about it. Next time, we’ll reserve early. The food was delicious, made fresh! The shrimp tacos were amazing.
I love this little restaurant 😍 .

The Log Cabin Cafe is a highly recommended restaurant known for its homestyle food and friendly service. Customers appreciate the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. The sausage and gravy are particularly praised, and the prices are considered to be very reasonable. It is a great spot for those seeking fresh, homemade meals, reminiscent of food prepared by a loving mother or grandmother.
The cafe offers very creative sandwiches and dishes, including options like the RAD, which is an awesome keto meal. Guests can enjoy healthy choices or indulge in pancakes with fried chicken. The food is consistently made fresh and homemade, with biscuits that are light and fluffy, and home fries that are highly appreciated. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is both friendly and professional, making it a perfect spot for brunch. During busy weekend mornings, there may be a wait for seating, but servers are attentive and sometimes offer discounts for longer waits. The place has a cozy, small-town vibe that adds to its charm, making it a great way to experience Texas. The hospitality and quality of food make it worth the drive, and it remains a beloved family-owned gem.
