messed up orders ,how hard is it to not put pickles on as a sandwich , order thru the app. you don't even need to talk , just pickup? they don't even smile at you ,it's weird?? or want to give you ketchup, but I just bought 50.00 dollar worth of food, no pickles !!

A considerable upgrade from the popeyes in kennedale and everman...the food was like the old popeyes not dried out like some of the aforementioned establishments...I will now make the 20 min drive to this location.

Spoke with Ivan over the phone at this location, who was able to correct this issue and make it right. I do appreciate him going out of his way to fix this. I will be returning as I enjoy the food.
App experience is still bad though.
My wife placed an online order on the 16th of February. I arrived to pick up the food and was told they didn't have 90% of the items we ordered, available.
When I asked...
