Very simple restaurant. Not many choices, but the food and hospitality are nice. Sometimes they only accept cash when the machine is down and I believe Saturdays breakfast are cash only. Otherwise, nice place to have lunch.
As wells food! Enchiladas and menudo are to die for. People who say they have a long wait are probably going right at lunch time. It's a family owned. Business meaning there only one waitress usually. They need to learn patience or go somewhere else.

Very friendly people. Great food. Selections from country cooking to excellent Mexican food. The best kind of small town diner to be found. The kind of friendly service that is gatd to find these days. I highly recommend the chilli verde or country fried steak
