Walk up or drive through restaurant. This last visit was better than previous. Food is OK for fast food. Wife likes their shakes.

Definitely one of the better Arby's. Fed me and my coworkers kind of a big order but they got it out in 5 minutes and everything was fresh and good. Great job here staff you impress.

I've been eating Arby's for 30+ years, but this particular location has left a bad taste in my mouth time after time...i usually don't give businesses this many chances to do right, but i think i have finally had enough. From being charged extra for cheese that was never added to my sandwiches, to being ignored in the drive thru lane not once but TWICE now for 10+ minutes....a service based company should know that once you run out of customers to piss off, it's kind of hard to keep your doors open! Also...how does a ROAST BEEF CHAIN run out of ROAST BEEF?!? Get it together, or shut this location down...it's been over 3 years since you opened, you should have it together by now! Next time i want to spend 20 bucks for myself to eat, I'll go somewhere where i can sit down and be served.

No daily specials. Food was not up to Arby's standards.

Was terrible, did not have the new philly sub ingredients. Only two people working at the time at lunch hour. Took too long.

Please update Google hours. Arrived 40 minutes before closing according to currently posted hours on Goolge and detoured 4 miles off the highway. Employee was there but no longer serving.

I wish I could rate the food, but I unfortunately didn’t get service. Waited at the window outside for about 10 minutes before I gave up. If you want a Philly, dominos has a great one.

By far the worst service stood at their walk up window waiting to order and they didn't even have the decency to ask me to wait. Just continued to take drive thru orders. Poor customer service wouldn't recommend eating the there.

All outside seating for a Texas town in summer is bad. The girl that waited on us was great but working alone. Food was terrible compared to what used to be. The new Angus cheese steak was ground gristle, and curly fries were bits and pieces. Never again.

First, it's important to know that there is no inside dining at this establishment. You can either order through the drive-thru or they do have a walk-up window, which I went to after realizing there were no doors to go inside, and I stood there for almost 10 minutes and nobody ever came to the window to take my order. That should have been my first clue, but I was craving a sandwich so I went in through the drive-thru. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, nothing needs to be cooked. You just put it together like a regular sandwich. I was told to pull around to the front and they would bring it out to me there, so they could continue serving the cards behind me. They brought food out for several other vehicles that pulled up after me. I don't understand what was so hard about putting the ingredients together for a sandwich where nothing had to be cooked. Don't waste your time, totally inept and unorganized. Every time she walked by my car I would roll down the window thinking it was mine and she would stare at me and ask me what I had ordered again. I had to tell her three times. Totally frustrated and not worth it.

I went through the drive-thru and the young lady that took my order was wonderful. She was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. Her name was Jess. Upon paying for my order Jess politely asked me to park in the lot as my potato cakes had a few more minutes before they were ready and assured me that she would bring them to me personally. I don’t mind waiting on fresh food! Jess is awesome, this Arby’s is awesome, and I will definitely be returning!

I go to this location fairly often because it's on my way home from work. To be honest I find it to be inconsistent. But there is an employee named Jessica. And whenever she's working the service is fast. Much faster than shifts when she's not working. I don't know the exact Dynamics. But I know it's true. I find myself thinking I hope Jessica is working today so I don't have to wait a long time.... I hope the managers are taking note of professionalism. She would be a great candidate for management training. I do a lot of Google reviews I don't normally focus specifically on the employee. It's just that I noticed so much difference on the shifts that she's not there and that she is. I thought she should get her due recognition.... Good job Jessica:-) 💯

They only have a pick up window, but the food was by far the best looking and tasting of any Arby's I've ever been to!

This place has outdoor seating and walk up windows to order/pickup from. I've been to many Arby's. This location LOADED up my French dip with a ridiculous amount of meat I've never been given at any another location. The cherry on top was they filled the broth nearly to the brim which I've also never seen. My husband got the limited time sweet brisket sandwich I think they were only doing as a promotion for Memorial Day. He's been to Texas a few times and we've had brisket a lot. This was shockingly the best we've ever had. Have no idea how this location only has a 3.7 star review, it deserves more love!

This location, in Helotes, has clean facilities, the staff ensure your order is fresh & accurate. The manager came over to ensure we were satisfied with the food & to ask if we needed anything. Good stop!
