The store manager Liza is absolutely rude. She has no customer service. When you asked her a simple question she automatically says no I'm not doing it it's up to my discretion. As if I was even asking you if it was up to your discretion it was completely a question. Apparently all of the managers have their own discretion. And it's very obvious it's not about having it your way. It's about having it her way. Her customer service skills are not up to par. The accuracy on the orders of this team provides are not up to standards. And they should be doing drug screens.

Just ordered through door dash and food was cold and my drink looked like someone drank out of it and they decided not to refund me.Poor service and management
