Love eating French Toast Sticks without syrup. I DoorDash'd breakfast because I can't leave my desk and usually, I can expect only 1 syrup even with the 5-pc so I tried to add a note for extra but BK doesn't allow notes so I was going to just be okay with 1. Didn't even get that. Thanks, guys.

This place is usually pretty good and they have nice staff but today I got the how to train your dragon meal for the second time this month and I ordered online and when I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order they tried to give me the wrong order and it took forever to get my food and I got no spoon with my Viking sundae and the motzerella sticks weren’t the spicy ones and they only gave me four motzerella sticks anyway

Stated specifically what I wanted to the worker at the drive threw what i wanted and they messed up my order of fries by giving me 4 instead of 8 so waste of 3 dollars and ordered two separate wraps and got the Honey mustard which was covered in disgustingly type of seasoning with terrible after taste and now my stomach feels like it's infect3d 👍🏽 10/10 if you want diarrhea.

No matter when you set the pickup time for pickup orders they will only start on your food after you get there, meaning you still have to wait in a line, and also wait for the entirety of your foods preparation, usually 20+ minutes

Came during lunch on a Whopper Wednesday. Fries were fresh, the burger was good, service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant seating area was clean. Would definitely return.

The store manager Liza is absolutely rude. She has no customer service. When you asked her a simple question she automatically says no I'm not doing it it's up to my discretion. As if I was even asking you if it was up to your discretion it was completely a question. Apparently all of the managers have their own discretion. And it's very obvious it's not about having it your way. It's about having it her way. Her customer service skills are not up to par. The accuracy on the orders of this team provides are not up to standards. And they should be doing drug screens.
