Great service and amazing food ..we loved everything about this place!! The waitress was very friendly and attentive, we did not wait long for our food, which was served hot and fresh. We do not live in Kerrville, but we will be returning just to go back to Carmine's!

Carmine's is an original NY city pizza shop. Great pizza with that great NY pizza crust that is faithfully made here. Great Italian dishes from spaghetti to seafood. All fresh ingredients that make restaurant food so tasty. Daily specials. I eat here regularly.
Dietary restrictions: Splurge once in a while, although italian food is healthy
Parking: There's only about 12 parking spots for three businesses, but usually, there's an open one.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids sized menu and enjoy children there since this is a family run business with Carmines adult children working in the kitchen.

Spaghetti tonight was bland, sauce tastes like ragu off the shelf.
Salad lettuce was browning. Hope to see it take a turn for the better.

OVERCHARGED US!!!! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a supreme pizza, as well as 25 wings (which they didn't specify were boneless on the phone when we called) So let's say $23 for each pizza based on the posted prices (which is obscene for a gas station quality pizza with slices about half the size of Sbarro) and $22 for wings. That's $68. WE GOT CHARGED $85!!! Even if accounting for tax that's 26%??? I will be doing a chargeback with my bank and the can enjoy the shit record on their payment gateway.

We took a day trip to Kerrville to come see the Cross and decided to stop at Carmines afterwards. We heard various things about the food, especially the pizza ? so we were curious.
I will say off the bat there are some unusual things about it. They serve no wines or liquors, they do have ☕, but no espresso or cappuccinos. I am from New York and these are normally givens at an Italian spot. Also atmosphere wise it was very empty which caught us off guard for a Saturday.
Yes, the pizza is as big as they say for an individual slice. Huge and these will fill you up fast. Quality wise the pepperoni, cheese and Marguerite slices were good, but the supreme was dry, uninspired, and over cooked.
My wife had the chicken Parm. Hers was overcooked, though it looked good initially. She liked the spaghetti, ? I found it plain with little flavor.
Our waiter was quite nice and helpful. We made sure to leave him a good tip.
We are not sure we would go back personally, but I am glad we did try it.

My wife and I are from Waco. We came to Kerrville with a group to drive the twisted sisters highways. We Ate dinner here tonight. Fantastic food! Fantastic service and a fantastic environment. Everything was delicious, if I lived here , we would eat here all the time!!!
