Currently in the hospital after eating here we had never tried this place before and we went and got two smoothies and a turkey wrap shortly after eating I got so sick to my stomach and the pains got so intense I had to check into the er . The doctor told me it’s a viral stomach infection probably due to something I ate and unwashed lettuce is a big culprit of causing bad infections in the stomach . Please save yourself the misery and hospital bill and go somewhere else .

-The food was okay, the people were NOT! -The server thought it was okay to touch my baby and kiss him on the hands?!! -The girl taking the order was very unpleasant and would rather hang out with her boyfriend than work. -Everything was DIRTY. Tables, floors, bathrooms, all filthy. Extremely questionable as to the safety of food prep. -A basic pb&j was almost $7 which is outrageous.
Overall: A bizarre and unpleasant thing experience. Would never suggest this place to anyone nor return

It is a rare thing to be able to find vegan options in Kerrville, so I LOVE coming to the carrot patch. Their food is both healthy and filling. If you want to support a local business with also satiating your hunger, don’t skip out on the Carrot Patch Cafe.

Highly recommend the Carrot Patch. Today, I had the 1/2 bacon-avocado-tomato sandwich with 1/2 order spinach salad. Delicious! Everything I have tried has been great!

On the website they claim to have keto bread and a special keto chocolate dessert. This is false advertising. We drove in from San Antonio excited about having found a restaurant that serves keto items and they did not have either of those items. I ordered chicken salad and it was decent but loaded with cranberries and I don't do sugar. I won't go back. The iced tea was good.
I love that I have the opportunity to rave about their food right now! The people were kind and transparent. Perfect place for a healthy high protein vegetarian meal! They had actual meat there too. The food was delicious! And it was connected to a little health food store. They also had cucumber water, lemonade and smoothies. Everything about this place was refreshing.
