Came in for a quick bite to eat had the triple Dipper with some glasses of sweet tea our server Amy was really nice this was the first Chili's I've ever been to that had a patio out back with a beautiful view really enjoyed it I'll come back during the summer

Spent at least 20 minutes waiting for a server that never came. Told a passing server, who also never returned so we just walked out. Honestly really sad I wanted those quesadillas :(

Had party of 40 for my daughter's wedding reception. Russ the manager took my order for 8 Party Platters over the phone & had food set up in the party room in the back! Everything was perfect. Food was delicious. 10 out of 10! Way to go, Russ!

I’ve had to learn the hard way to ALWAYS check out to go orders. The sliders were lukewarm, overcooked, and dry. The mozzarella was lukewarm. I asked for ketchup, but it was not included. There was no bbq sauce for the bbq ribs. Of course, I didn’t figure this out until I drove home. Very disappointing!!

The hostess who seated us was not very welcoming or friendly. Our waitress was good. The food was not bad, but we've had better at Chili's. As we left, a gentleman behind the counter wished us a good night with a smile on his face.

We stopped in and tried the new crispy chicken. Loved it!! Santa’s service and hospitality was even better than the food. We appreciate her attentiveness.
I got food poisoning from the chicken, and the crazy part is like 30 first responders went in before me so I hope they are doing okay at least

The food and service were awesome. Plus, their patio overlooks a lake! We got there right at sunset, so it was relaxing to see. If you go here, I highly recommend eating on their patio.

On my Togo order Got green beans with my order instead of steamed broccoli and on my fajita trio order it was basically just thrown into the box not very appealing or appetizing and since I live nearly an hour away it wasn’t worth going back to get it fixed or anything I have to say that this is the only Chili’s that I’ve had an issue with they didn’t seam very busy so I know that could have been the issue so I don’t know but I can say I was very disappointed with the level of quality for $61 I could have ordered from anywhere I hope this reaches someone whom might do some retraining
