Ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was literally dripping in grease. The bun was wet, drenched in juices, soggy, and now I'm sick at my stomach. Drain the stuff please before putting it on a bun. 🤢🤮

Excellent food at an affordable price. The service was fast, and the orders were accurate all the way down to the condiments. The portions were generous for a fast food place, and they had many options for the kids' meals. We especially appreciated being able to order online. The parking spaces for online ordering could be set up better, with large trucks there isn't much room, but the food was worth it!

Cashier was too distracted by her nose ring to get our order correct even after several attempts. Cheese curds were too salty to eat. Part of our order was over cooked. Loud and obnoxious teenage children patrons were aggravating and already unpleasant experience. Ice cream powder was not dissolved and blended. Children are ruining the business.

Since when is swiss cheese yellow. I asked for a swiss cheeseburger and still got yellow cheese. Didn't ask for tomatoes , but still got them. Would help if your cooks READ the ticket.

Nice folks, fresh food and clean restaurant, the food was very tasty and hot. I ordered the Cod sandwich and my kiddos had the burgers and Rootbeer floats. Eating area is very clean and well maintained. If in Kerrville, we are definitely going to Culver's.

Every Culver's I've visited has always been spotless and the food always great...... except for this one. At 5:00 (before the rush) I had trouble finding a clean table and the cod tasted like it was cooked in old oil. It was very disappointing and not up to their standard.
