I ordered online easy enough. When I arrived to get my food it was not ready nor had they even looked at the ticket. Then when they made it it was made wrong not at all as I had said on the ticket. Took it back to the counter and Reagan the man behind the counter told me that he could not do anything for me because there was nothing wrong with the potato except that there was everything wrong with the potato because I didn't order it like that. So very rudely he remade the baked potato as ordered but with an attitude for sure completely unnecessary it's people like him that make people like me eat at home and that's probably why your restaurant is completely empty right now.

Excellent. Great, delicious ribs and brisket. Especially the ribs. Ordered that along with the potato salad and coleslaw for my family and were were fully satisfied. We drove cross-state for the solar eclipse, and will eat here if ever in town again. Service was also excellent. Greeted and served very nicely. This place should be full every day. Oh and free ice cream with the meals?! Who can beat that?- Especially with kids.

I got the loaded baked potato with brisket and spicy barbecue sauce drizzled on top and it was super tasty and filling. I highly recommend!

Delicious! (I also took a bit of my fiancée’s brisket). Sooo good !
It is usually delicious, but when I brought my loaded baked potato home, it wasn't fully cooked. Yuk. Chunks of uncooked potatoes. I didn't call & complain, maybe I should have.

I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by this place. It is a chain but it was delicious! Brisket was moist and flavorful and the ribs fell of the bones. All of the sides were delicious and I even got a free ice cream! Service was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!
