We were in town and were very excited to have a great Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and a wake up wrap. We got a donut which was very good. We got two coffees at over $5 each and they didn’t taste right. We both tried them and then asked our friend to try .They tasted off like even salt was in it. The wake up wraps were so bad they tasted sour. We had to throw almost everything out and we were headed back out of town so we didn’t want to back track back to have everything remade. We were disappointed.

Around 5pm today, I-took my family to Dunkin Donuts ! In kervill, Tx , Wanted to order 3 dozen of them! Just to find out there were none , zero made !! Was very disappointed!! Dunkin’ Donuts without the Donuts!!

This place is dirty, had hardly any donuts with none on the way. Staff incredibly uncaring except for one lady who arrived to go to work while I was there. The Donut Palace is closed for vacation until 7/7/2025, that ‘s what drove me to Dunkin!

Usually really friendly people. Know my coffee drink and always make it perfect. Only once were they rude, and that’s when I asked for more Carmel. I think they took it personally. Other than that it’s really a great place. Probably having an off day.

Unfortunately the drinks are never made the same. Even if you order the same exact drink it will always taste different. There is literally a line where the ice should go. You tell them exactly how many pumps of syrup, cream & sugar and yet it can never be made the same.
Most of the time the cups need wiped off after they hand them out. I hate to get coffee on my hands and car so I've learned to always have my own napkin to wipe the cup off.
I order at least 5 times a week. I know what my drink should look like by color alone and when you add too much cream it shows. - I'm getting pretty tired of the BS now.. It might be time for us to break up Dunkin.
The people are ALWAYS sweet,, the coffee is great and so are the donuts ... 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
