I come to this location atleast 3 times a week & they never disappoint. Drinks are always correct, sometimes it’s a little busy and they take a little longer than usually but that’s to be expected and the employees are always so apologetic. Gammon is always so nice and welcoming! If he isn’t the manager , he should be.

I order almost every morning on mobile app and they never start your order untill you arrive, then you go in the cue, this morning I ordered 25 min early on all said my coffee would be ready at 9, not only was it not ready but I had to wait an additional 20 min. Someone want to tell them why we order through the mobile app, please cause I'm wearing out and I love the coffee, but I won't be late to work every day over it.

I had a little hiccup with my order and was surprised as to the service the team gave tonight. All 3 employees talked with me about it and Ian was able to fix the problem. His customer service and resolution skills definitely helped ease the situation. I come by regularly and always receive great service. RJ is very knowledgeable and recommended a drink to try and it has become my favorite. I’m so glad DB is in Kerrville!! Keep up the fantastic work

Went yesterday around 9am ish ordered med blended mocha with whip cream and waited 40 min and was 5th in far right lane. Mocha was awesome and got a large! Went this morning around 8am ish ordered blended mocha with whip cream and waited 18 minutes and was only 3rd in line. Mocha was awesome but forgot whip cream. I got them to add it and only added a dab. Disappointed to find out no whole milk and no domed lid to add whip cream. The flavor is awesome and staff was nice. I just can't wait that long in a line when I can get it within 5 minutes elsewhere. I wish you Good luck. I will try back in a few months.
