The potatoes tasted terrible. They were heavy and terrible. Coleslaw was ok. Needed spice. Chicken looked good. Breast wasn’t cooked all the way. Skip this place. The service was great!! Very friendly patient and efficient

I believe my order was taken by the manager I’m not sure but her name was Mariah and she was so helpful and positive she helped my mother carry her food to her table she was very kind and patient with us you don’t get that kind of service or attention at fast food restaurants anymore she needs to be recognized she gave me a card to review her service after sitting down with her and telling her how wonderful she had been with us I just want this to reach the right people so they can understand that lady is GREAT at her job! And our food was absolutely wonderful as well! Me and my mother both had 2 pc chicken combos and they were fresh and very hot which she warned us about when she walked out the food to our table I don’t know what yall put in that chicken or your training but it will definitely bring me and my family back!
Jesse was very rude, i came in through drive thru and wanted a meal and she had an attitude with me and interrupted me and that atmosphere radiates to the customers and it ruined my experience, I got my food and it was fine but management needs improvement.

I love this place and the food is really good! however with that being said, I took my family to eat here today 06.02.2025 at 7pm. The drive thru said they were completely out of chicken after telling me they had only legs left. I drive 20 minutes from my house to enjoy this chicken because I think it is the best in town. I was really let down and went to popeyes instead.

I only always show up with a coupon. The food is good but without a coupon I don't go and I always only go through the drive-thru. Never stop in and dine indoors
When ordering through the drive thru make sure you ask for a container for your gravy. The manger blamed me for not asking for a container for my liquid. My dinner was ruined and had to drive back out to the store for a refund

It’s absolutely ridiculous to not allow online orders to pick up in the drive thru. On top of that be rude about it. I’m not lazy, I have a disability, sometimes it hurts just to move. I ordered dinner for my daughter so I could rest. There was no fork for the Mac n chz either. ??♀️ I won’t be back, food is not good enough to put up rude customer service.

The rudest staff I have ever come upon. Get up to the window and he's talking smack to the other employees and then proceeds to get passed off when we say Hello customer. These employees need to learn manners. And whoever the one is that works at Culver's to just needs to go work there. He is bringing your business down. Name was Vernell P.
