This place is the worst restaurant in Kerrville service sucks you stand there and nobody sits you down my recommendation don’t ever go there this place needs to shut down and close up and leave town

Waited about an hour to get our food, we could hear them talking about how they messed up one of our orders and we can else our food at the window. The waitress we had was in training, but the waitress training her needs to inform her about checking on customers consistently, especially when it’s not busy. We were hardly checked on, we had almost been there an hour when we decided we were going to leave when our food came out, and it was dry or burnt. We had then given her cash to check out, where it took almost 15 minutes for us to get our cash back, and most employees, couldn’t tell if they were on break or not but we’re just sitting down or talking to others. This is the second time we have waited almost or more than an hour for our food and have had waiters not check in on us.

Waited for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged, another 10 before being told another 15 minutes for a whole section of tables to get cleaned off. 12:30 in the afternoon. I feel sorry for the little older lady that is working there, seems as though she is the only one with a sense of purpose and movement. Management seems to not have a clue how to run a crew.

We were waiting for a table because there was a wait (even though the restaurant was pretty much empty) and while waiting a couple had gotten up to leave and informed us a cockroach ran across their table so that was all it took for us to leave.

Easy access from Sidney Baker. Plenty of parking.

The staff is friendly and efficient. They seem very experienced. They are attentive and responsive.

The restaurant is comfortable and clean, albeit dated. The restrooms could use refurbishment. The tables and booths are comfortably spaced.

The food is good. It's standard American breakfasts, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, etc. The portions are large. Service is fast and efficient.

Horrible we’ve come to this location 3 times and every time is horrible the server was horrible, if you don’t like your job find a different one!

Pancakes so cold butter wouldn't melt. French fries still raw. Uncooked eggs. 30 min wait for cold food when there was only 2 other tables occupied. Asked for cooked fries. Came back with another plate of them still raw in the middle. Anddd to top it off watched 2 inch roach just cruise on by and then it came back. Seriously a waste of money and my time.
