The food was pretty good, service was abysmal, the male waiter (I didnt catch his name) was barely there at all, he took our order and then the other waitresses were the only ones to give us our food and refills, he didn't check in on us once, he only asked about the check AFTER I stood up to start leaving, I realize I dont look like I'm made of money but he treated everyone that did way better than us and that's not acceptable, he didnt even bring us a straw after he said he would! He needs a pay cut and a serious talking to because if we go back we will not be sitting anywhere near his section

This restaurant had good ratings but did not live up to the expectations. The chicken parmigiana’s sauce was fresh… out of the can…. Perhaps it had a bit of sugar and a bit of fresh parsley to pretend. My friend ordered Alfredo… and it tasted just like cream … no cheese or garlic flavor or nothing else whatsoever… probably not even salt… the other friend ordered spaghetti with bolognese sauce … the meat was good but the sauce again… had no craft…

I've always enjoyed the food at Il Posto and decided to treat my sister to lunch there on Friday 7/25. We were to meet at 11:45am and I was there waiting. A server asked if I would like something to drink while I waited and provided the tea. My sister was detained by a little over half an hour and shortly after her arrival, the server asked if we were ready to order or did we need a few more minutes. We said we needed a few more minutes and decided in 5 minutes what were to order. We waited and waited for the server to return (over 15 minutes) and spied her speaking to a couple against the wall. We tried and tried to get her attention but to no avail. I finally walked over to her and told her we were ready. She said she would be over as soon as she finished her lengthy conversation --about 7 more minutes! She finally made her appearance and we quickly gave her order and she berated us for making her wait so long at the beginning. As there were few people dining, there seemed to be no problem with me waiting as she never came over and and offered a tea refill. She was so rude and kept being insistent that we were the cause of her wait. My sister is gluten intolerant and asked if gluten-free pasta was available. The server took note and after a few more rude remarks, took our order. We looked at each other almost walked out. However, a different server came over with our orders--I had ordered a fish dish and he brought an eggplant dish. I asked the name of our first server and he said she was the manager. We were both flabbergasted to have been treated so rudely by a manager. When he took the wrong dish back it appeared that the rude manager disputed this being the wrong order. My sister was afraid to eat the pasta because she suspicious that it was not gluten-free and was regular. The male server was excellent and made sure and refilled and made sure everything was ok. The food was good but the attitude of the manager ruined the lunch for both of us.

I very rarely leave a bad review, but my experience here warranted it. We went there yesterday and there were about 5-6 tables. My sister arrived before I did and had tea and bread served. Our server came over and asked for our order and I needed a couple of minutes. Then she didn't come back. She was chatting up a couple at another table for somewhere between 15-20 min. So my sister got up and went over to her and let her know we were ready to order. She came to the table very angry, blamed us for the delay took our order and left. A very nice young man then became our server. My sister received the wrong order so she politely sent it back and we could hear the other server arguing about it. When we talked to the server he said she was the manager. (very surprising) I ordered GF pasta but skipped eating it, because when a server is angry, who knows what goes on in the kitchen or maybe the order gets placed wrong. It ruined the rest of the meal. The fish was great! The owners should know what is going on in the front of the house. Maybe she was having a bad day, but no restaurant staff should ever treat their guests that way.

I ordered shrimp scampi and mozzarella sticks! The mozzarella stocks were cold and smelled freezer burnt! Thd shrimp scampi was outright disgusting. The noodles were cooked to mush the shrimp was nasty the dish it's self was very watery and bland had no seasoning i literally threw the whole plate and sticks in gbe trash after spending 22.00 on just the scampi! My Door dasher was right on time it was not his fault! The scampi was nice and hott but The sticks were cold and smelled awful! To top it all off i tried to call and talk to a manager several times and it says the voice mail box is full and cannot take d messages at this time! I couldn't even call in these issues! So I went to the contact us on their website and it said co tact us by phone or email yet there is no email address on the website. Out right terrible!
