Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Food is mediocre, late and extremely reduced portions. Some just walk away while customer still conveying information. You tell them you want something extra, condiments, or utensils, napkins etc & they return with less than half of what you asked them for or they don't return at all. Dashers are late to customers as they also wait long periods before orders are ready.
Awful, wow have the mighty have fallen. I've gone to this location 10+ times and recommended it to friends. Never again.1. Chicken quality is awful (rubber and cold)2. Inconsistent saucing ( it's soup with chicken or chicken with a few dots of sauce)3. Water with white food coloring for a ranch sauce.? Why did you have to mess up a good thing.

Never again! Ordered a mix of bone in and boneless got all boneless. Chicken wasn't sauced evenly, more like some sauce was poured on the pile and if it hit a wing you got lucky, definitely not tossed in the sauces. It was a pick up order.

Food arrived cold. Basically bad chicken nuggets for flavor. Cold fries. 44 wings 3 different flavors, nobody could really tell the difference. Never again.
