This place is a small cafe inside a mini grocery store. Lots of vegetarian/ vegan salads with a couple wraps or sandwiches. I got the southwestern wrap. It was great with lots of flavor. Smoothie options looked great, but I was stuffed! Next time...

Stopped by today to check out the tincture selection and have a look around. So nice to have a broad selection of supplements locally owned. I bought some Yerba Mate and had the best conversation with Scott. I even scored a DELICIOUS muffin from the cafe and a Kampuku beauty bar. Go look around! I will absolutely be back.

Carrot Patch Cafe has quite a few clearly marked vegan options. The Cafe was closed but looks like it would be worth a trip back for lunch. Prices seem very reasonable at the cafe. The staff was very friendly and the HFS carries a variety of items although higher priced than I usually pay.
