I would like to know how to get a hold of your district manager apparently the other day they got my order wrong three times each time I spoke to a shift manager name Yasmine anytime I got a rude feedback I asked her what her will her store managers name was and she told me that she was the store manager then I asked what her district manager's number was and she told me she couldn't give it to me so please help me contact your district manager or HQ

Waited for 18 minutes at drive through. Got home and got the wrong sandwich. I called and was told I had to bring sandwich back for a refund. I will never go here again. Third time. No more

Super slow in drive through, kid couldn't be heard clearly or even close, didnt use screen so no way to check order. Then, as a type 1 diabetic paying for a DIET coke, imagine my disappointment when I received a regular coke? Coma and or death awaits. Went back and took it inside and kid replied that we ordered regular coke. Are you kidding me? If he had misheard us and used the screen like they are supposed to, we would have seen his error but then their order processing times would look way worse so why do that? To add insult to injury, manager was working counter, heard this and said NOTHING. I tried to do the survey at mcdvoice.com as is PRINTED ON THEIR RECEIPT, BUT they conveniently do not have the required 26 digit code on their receipts. What a disgrace to the franchise. Not our first bad experience here so we wanted to give them a third chance but we are done.

The amount of issues I have here with mobile order is ridiculous. I don’t have a lot of money. That’s why I use the mobile app. I get a few things for my kids here & there. But they close before they are supposed to and turn off their mobile order before they are even close to being closed. Then I don’t get my money back. Ridiculous, I’m over it. Guess I’ll drive to the other side of town

Arrived at 7:00AM from San Antonio for some breakfast before fishing in the lake with a friend. Manager popped out of the back door to tell me the lobby opens at 8:00AM even though the posted opening is 7:00AM. When I asked him why he was opening late he told me he was short staffed for breakfast. Okay, I said, could I please just use the bathroom? He replied, No, go to Wal Mart. Just be prepared to go elsewhere if they are short staffed and refuse to open the lobby during business hours.

1308 Junction Highway states they close at 11pm a sign posted at the drive up window, however I had a doordash order and I arrived there at 10:45pm and this location was closed. The doordash customer was disappointed and so I offered to go to another location by the Interstate and the store associate agreed to fill the customers order and was unaware that location closed early. I asked him do all McDonald's locations close at same time of 11pm? He said Yes and their was no other sign posted at the 1308 Junction highway location stating reason for early closing.

Horrible employees that do not understand about the service part of Food Service. Seen by 2 employees. One of them walked past me multiple times. Never once greeted. No one said, "We'll be with you as soon as we can." Nothing
Saw him take a few drive thru orders completely ignoring my existence. Since they didn't want my money i went next door where they were happy to help me.
Probably just as well. I heard someone coughing up a lung, and the only visible person in the dining room wasn't coughing.

The PlayPlace was DISGUSTING all over, we couldn’t even sit in there to eat or let the kids play. We had to wipe down our table bc literally every single one was dirty, food all over the floors, bathrooms also DISGUSTING (my son saw a cup of Big Mac sauce sitting on top of the urinal wth 🤢). And the ice cream cone machine was broken. 😞
