The main manager, Andrew, he’s a nice friendly professional ! Always takes care of the customers! The food is consistently cooked the same way each time I have been there. Very delicious.
What a crap show. If you are going to have an app that tells you what time to pick up your food make sure it’s right. Wait 40 minutes for my food and it just sat there. I even came back and Andrew who needs a new job says it’s not ready yet. It was already ready. So I sat another 15 minutes till he had is rut to moment. I ask for ranch what I get. We have a pizza hut in our town but it has never tasted as good as kerrville's pizza. My whole family couldn't stop talking about how good it was. My son who usually eats just cheese ate 3 pieces of our 5 topping pizza.

Got take out delivered yesterday and was so disappointed. The price for 2 large pizzas was outrageous and one pizza had crust that wasn’t cooked on bottom and so much white sauce that it was all over the bottom of the box. Ordered pesto drizzle and extra cheese which was not there. Meat lovers pizza was very good but the extra cheese we paid for wasn’t there. 😢

Made my own pizza put Italian sausage, peppers and the garlic pesto sauce and they put the sausage and peppers but forgot my pesto sauce so bad service
The place all in all has a good comfortable atmosphere and the people are very friendly and helpful. The pizza was really good and you have a Coke machine handy for refills. It's not a bad place for a good dining experience. I was having trouble logging into my app to place my order but the manager accommodated my email coupons and gave me the discount which was much appreciated. The place actually looks pretty decent inside

Ordered a pizza at 5:28 pm this evening. Delivery was stated 20-30 minutes. Our hotel is 9 minutes from Pizza Hut. It is 7:03 and pizza has still not been delivered. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes for a pizza and drinks. This is beyond crazy.
