We have been disappointed with Popeyes for a while now. We will order one thing and get something else. This is not at just one location. When we were passing through Alexandria LA, we ordered a 3 piece white meat because I dislike the leg and thigh. When we opened the box, we had been given dark meat. Thank you, I got to eat a wing. As this seemed to be an ongoing problem at various places, we stopped going to Popeyes. Two days ago, we decided to try again since we do like the flavor of Popeyes chicken. We went through the drive thru in Kerrville, TX, and ordered 2 three piece chicken tenders combos, one spicy and one mild. We received one mild three piece tenders and one dark meat mild three piece dinner. We also noticed that the beans and rice were not as good as they had once been. I think we have given Popeyes enough chances and are unlikely to go back.

Do NOT go here the food is not hot after you sit there for 20 minutes for fresh chicken. They serve you oily, greasy, dark burnt chicken.Also, the biscuits are dry and hard, you ask for condiments and they don't even give you napkins. Save your money and go somewhere else. The manager that I called was very rude and argued with me about the chicken being cold. No apology, no acknowledgement, just rude!Not worth the star.

Dude this place consistently SUCKS so bad. The past few times it took a half an hour just to get the wrong order ? y’all seriously get it together fast food is not this difficult okay. I come to Popeyes frequently for food and food orders. They are almost always out if chicken! And extremely slow at getting the orders prepared. They have alot of new people (high turn around rate) but come on there should be no reason to run out of chicken the managers seem like they ar overwhelmed and have to do everything.

Kerrville Popeyes was a horrible experience. The place was dirty. The manager was all dirty. He was cursing using the F word .Received my order wrong. Had to park my automobile and go in to get the right food Food was just thrown in the containers. Just awful . Want go

This Popeyes is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. My order the last few times I have gone is missing items, has overcooked shrimp, and overcooked chicken. The service isn't great but it isn't necessarily bad. I'm usually not a complainer, but this Popeyes is the WORST.

This is the worst Popeyes in the brand. First, they overcharge on their drink sizes. They insist the Large (which is actually a Medium at every other store) is the largest. I call that a huge lie. Lately, the chicken breast was half the size. I was told the chicken was getting smaller. The staff is always filthy. From what I understand, the new owner cuts corners so badly that they are constantly downsizing sides, chicken, and drinks to make more money (this was from a disgruntled former manager). Corporate should have a surprise inspection. Just a huge letdown. I won't be back.

Went for a lazy dinner night. We got the 24 piece nuggets with Cajun fries, red beans, and rice. They were so good. The breading of the nuggets dissolve in your mouth, but still gives you that soft crunch. I wish we hadn’t ordered so many, because I could not stop eating them. Seriously. I ate too much. ?? They were so good I felt compelled to leave a review. Here’s the after picture. Don’t forget to order your jalapeños!
