I just think they are so over priced and the food isn't all that good

I have lived in Kerrville for 20 years and I love this place. It is perfect. Order corn tortillas. Bean and egg combo is always a winner. Their bacon is the best. (I usually get the Mexican Rita.)

I always had a great experience at Rita's in Kerrville. They have a newish person running cashier now and three times I have come in with her there and she does not greet you, she stares rudely until I talk and honestly she makes me feel like she has better things to do. Not sure Im coming back to this location because of her service. Foods great though and I will miss it but there is always Marys Tacos instead (not my first choice obviously)

Rita’s has fallen off and Mary’s wins. Rita’s had a big downfall the past year. I waited a long time for two simple tacos. The tortillas were sticky and doughy and the barbacoa was rotten. It smelled weirder than usual and when I ate it, it was severely bitter. I threw up about 10 minutes later. Grease was leaking all over the place, Mary’s never does that. The bacon in one of my tacos was so stiff and tasted like bacon bits. Cheap.

Should’ve read the reviews first. These are just breakfast tacos, that’s easy. How do you mess that up? Trash

Me and my mom went to get some tacos this morning thinking it would be faster than Mary’s tacos. Wrong! We went there and we got two Rita’s and one bacon, egg, and cheese taco.
There were a lot of other people before us and we had this one guy ask for his order and I work at a food industry and to me this is bad service and quality. And we felt discriminated by because of our race because another guy of a different race got his order after us and he was able to get his food before us within 2 minutes.
Then the lady up front had called our order but then when we try to get it she completely forgot that we had already ordered and in total we had waited an entire 45 minutes!
By the time we got home my mom’s tortilla was hard and the bacon was raw! And my dad’s taco tasted gross and mine was okay but we will never go there again and we will always go to Mary’s tacos.

Tortillas are amazing!. Food was good and service was fast. I was disappointed in the quality of the eggs. They had the flavor and texture that you see at institutional restaurants. They weren't bad, but they stood out against the amazing quality of the tortillas, which are some of the best I've ever had. We had come in later in the morning, so maybe the eggs were just not fresh. I would still highly recommend this place, even for breakfast. And grab some extra tortillas while you are there!

My family and I went to Rita's Tacos, and I am furious about the experience. When I got home, I felt really sick to my stomach. We ordered four bacon, egg, and cheese tacos, and for starters, the price was an outrageous $4.00 each. These tacos were a complete rip-off; they had hardly anything in them! The bacon was old, hard, and barely there. My wife took a few bites of her taco and immediately stopped, saying it tasted sour. When my son and I tried ours, they all tasted the same—disgusting and sour. We were extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, they have the nerve to be the most expensive taco shop in town, charging $4.00 for those pathetic excuses for tacos. We will never be coming back, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place!
