Ordered a Cobb salad. Didn’t get bread nor salad dressing At Over $10 for salad not acceptable. Spoke to Emily who said she was the manager who was very rude. Will not return to that store.

I ordered a veggie sandwich at the drive through restaurant. Several cars in front of me but a reasonable wait. The sandwich was very sloppy, dressing pooled on one side as were most of the scarce ingredients. However the salad was rotten, I suspect the lettuce but also could have been the cucumber. It was inedible and I did not have time to return. I won’t be going back.

My order was wrong, and my sandwich was barely wrapped, ended up falling from the wrapping. Didn't get my drink or chips. Far cry from my old one.

Great place when you're in a hurry or just want to relax. We ear hear often when we are in Kerrville. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are great. Food is always spot on as well.

I haven’t been to Schlotzky’s in a long time because we don’t have one near us. I stopped at Kerrville location. Some of the best soup I ever had. And the sandwiches were fresh, packed with meat and very tasty.

Service was great. I placed an online order and even as busy as they were it was out on time and the large order was still warm to hot. Great job yall keep up the great customer service and great tasting food. Also the sweet tea was delicious as well.
