I am hooked on the drink... OCEAN WATER... so good...the chili dog was good and the people that work there are very nice... 🥰

Waiting 30 min for a drink a chili dog, there was only one other car in the parking lot then they gave me COLD Food!

3/27/2025 I placed an order for a tender wrap among other items. The wrap came out hot and fast however, the tender inside of it was just not a very good tender. I spoke with Isaac, who quickly rectified the situation. Got me a fresh wrap and also gifted me a hot fudge sundae! Thank you so much, Isaac!
Worst Sonic in the history of sonic. They never answer the damn screen once you’ve pressed a button. Go through the drive through and they just look at you and say nothing. Rude and horrible service. I’ve given them multiple chances. Never again.

Last Saturday afternoon March 1st, 2025, I attempted to get drinks and a shake from this Sonic via the drive-thru. First, the wait was very long, more than twelve minutes. But the thing that prompted this review was the unkemptness of the drive-thru employee's hands. The looked very very dirty as if he had just changed the oil in his car and not washed after. I noticed when I handed him the money which started my unease. But when he handed back my change, I saw again how disgusting they looked. In a panic, I drove off without my drink because I didn't want to touch, let alone ingest anything else from this business. If the window guy is that dirty, imagine how horrible it is in the back of the shop where customers cannot see. I will never go back. YUCK!!!!!!!!!

This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. 30+ min wait times, I could have had my food at a sit down restaurant in that time

Horrible service
I understand it’s Christmas and only limited places are open so waiting wasn’t the issue. What really did it was the fact i waited in the Drive Thru for over an hour(i wish i was being exaggerating), called the store TWICE to only be told that the online orders are backed up and would get to me as soon as possible.
SO i proceeded to place my online order and within 20 MINUTES my food came out. While pulling out of the window stahl i over hear another customer ask if the Red button was working because they too have waiting for an excessive amount of time. The worker proceeded to notify them that they are ONLY taking online orders. You mean to tell me i sat in an unreasonably long line for absolutely NO reason at all because you can NOT communicate through the intercom. Just to get home to an incomplete order.
The management needs to take a week long training course on what to do on days like this if they should remain open and not closed like other places.

ordered something off the app, when i got to sonic they came out and told me that they weren’t able to give me my food because of something being broken and that I should be able to cancel it on the app. However, the app won’t let you cancel orders after check-in so I didn’t get a refund or my food.

We waited around 30-40 minutes in the drive thru for our food and there excuse was they had a shift change there were no people in the whole lot. UNACCEPTABLE!

If you can't get our order right (especially after 4 tries), there is NO trust in if the food was even cooked safely...
Full story, we wanted to order a chicken sandwich, another burger, a full meat burrito, dragonfruit redbull drink and a chocolate shake.
First thing they said they couldnt do icecream, so we were like "we didnt order that" then asked if a shake was icecream and then said yea and laughed like we were dumb or something.. so we picked a strawberry lemonade instead.
After 30 minutes our order came, but the girl said they put the wrong booth number and the wrong items on the receipt(???), but did give us the "correct" items.
Well they didn't, they brought a cherry limeade. So we told them it was wrong and they brought a new lemonade...which wasnt strawberry, but just normal flavored.. also they gave the wrong fries and kept insisting that they were the correct ones...
During the time of them getting our "correct" drink, we checked the food and saw they didnt give us the 2nd burger AT ALL and a wrong burrito, so they brought us the burger and an extra (same, wrong) burrito...
Not coming back here, sonic's drink used to be good, but they couldnt even do those right (or at all). Service didnt ever admitted they made a mistake, besides by giving us new (wrong) items..
