If I could give zero Stars I would. Went up there at 10:42 I was going to order a shake and an order of tater tots. I pulled up and parked in one of the spots push the button and waited for 8 minutes. I had seen two cars in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up so I decided to just go to the drive-thru i sat there for probably another 5 minutes. Finally pulled up to the building and got out and pushed the button on one of the things on their patio area where you can sit and eat no one ever answered me. So I went and knocked on the window the young man inside tried to ignore me at first and then finally came to the door. And asked me what do you want and I said well I've been sitting out here for almost 15 minutes either in one of the car bays or at the drive-thru trying to order food and nobody will take my order and he said what do you want me to do about it. Now I know the girl that had just taken the food out to the last car in the Drive-Thru saw me sitting there waiting to order but chose to go inside and never take my order. You know I'm sure the standards to work at Sonic aren't very high and these two people working there tonight couldn't meet those standards. It is sad. If I were the person that owns this Sonic I would be ashamed. Will never waste my time by going there again.
We went to sonic on junction hwy tonight at 5:30 pm. Ordered a #9 ( chilli cheese dog with tots and diet Dr Pepper) and #2 (triple smash burger with tots and cherry limeade) $28.08. When we got our food we did not get that. We got couple of jr burgers which I know cost much less. When I asked the young lady about the chili dog she said very rudely are you sure that’s what you ordered. Said yes ma’am she took the food back inside and when she returned so said well you opened the bag and that’s what you’re getting. I asked for the manager on shift she again very rude said he doesn’t have time to deal with my shit.. word for word. I said great customer service you got there and said I’ll be calling their corporate office. And add to it the burgers that I over paid for were old and burnt. Thanks.

Don't bother coming here on Halloween for the 50 cent corndog unless you like eating food deep fried in dirty grease. One bite of this corndog and you wouldn't give 3 cents for it. You can smell fresh grease and clean grease. This corndog was cooked in filthy grease.

Drive through takes ages even with little cars
I’d give negative stars if I could. I purchased around $13 worth of slushes in the app, when I got to the location I was told they couldn’t serve any slushes at all. I asked for a refund & was told they would refund my money. A week later they still haven’t refunded my money. I’ve tried calling them for the past week & their phone has clearly been taken off the hook so no one can call them. I got ahold of the app support team & was told they never refunded my money (surprise). I will never return to this location. Sonic overall in my area has gone down hill & I honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
Edit: FINALLY got the manager (Frank) to call me back (after calling the 1-866 number), he refuses to do a refund & I quote “because it is too difficult” for him to do. Are you kidding me?! How is this acceptable?

First time at this sonic it took half an hour to get my drink, I figured it was a fluke. This is my 3rd visit and each time took 30+ minutes for a soda. How they haven’t been shut down is a mystery

Ordered 2 corn dogs. Only got 1. They tell me you ordered 2 chilli cheese tots. I said no. When I asked to get a refund they told me no. I live in ingram. I don't live close. I will not ever go back to this location. Couldn't even give me another corn dog. they lost my business all together.

Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to! I’ve never experienced such terrible food from a Sonic in my life. Not only is it really inconsistent but the food isn’t that great I don’t know who’s cooking but retrain them. Because on the other side of town the same food is great and it’s consistent. That whole place needs an overhaul. I ordered a large chili cheese tot on the app with mayo and ketchup and the first photo is what they brought me. They did not charge me for mayo or ketchup.
There wasn’t enough there it was maybe medium sized. So I said you know what I’ll just order another one because I’m hungry. I ordered the exact same thing. Not only did they charge me for the ketchup and mayo (then to not even give me the 2 packets of mayo that they charged me for!) but the large tots were the size they should have been in the first place. There was literally twice as much in there. It doesn’t make sense. I spent almost $20 on tots and they could have just given me the amount they should have originally. Shut this place down. It’s a joke.

I had problem, I bought a gift card from Notre Dame school to support the athletics. But the manager at Sonic across from Wal Mart, no and I need to call the main office to resolve the situation but I called and no one called me back

I took a friend here the other day. They got her order wrong. This is why I no longer go there or have the app. Either way, the service was and has been just lousy. If your only job is to take food to people and you expect a tip, why can't you smile and act like you like your job enough to get said tips??
