First off, it was Thanksgiving day! The wait on the drive-thru took about 35 minutes with only 4 cars in front. Its common to wait at a Starbucks, but not this much. But given the day it was, this wasn't my main concern. I ordered a White Chocolate Latte. I have had this hundreds of times at many locations, this was by far the worst. It tasted like the coffee beans were cremated instead of toasted and the coffee was brewed the day before! I literally just drove and as soon as I took a sip, had to stop to throw it away. Service was as expected for a Starbucks.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve been to in my entire life. I come to kerrville to visit family and I have visit at least once a month and every single month it’s the same slowest service of my life. I think I was in the drive thru for a total of 30 minutes with one car in front of me

Good, glad they have a new Starbucks in kerrville closer to IH10--- except: they built the drive thru right on the road and the cashier can't hear the orders clearly. Put up a halfwall between the road and the window and call it good

I visited the Kerrville Starbucks location off of Sidney baker closet to I-10 & the service is quick, efficient and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The spinach and gouda wrap was decent tasting a little pricey but when your hungry it will do. Also I enjoyed the hot cappuccino but be careful as its super scalding hot so wait a few minutes before you take a sip.
