I went into this subway on my lunch break and was greeted by an older gentleman. He proceeded to take my order and when i told him what sandwich i wanted he got stern with me and said “white, wheat, footlong?” as if he was irritated with me. i said i wanted a footlong on white bread. after i got my sandwich i took one bite and im not exaggerating when i say it was the worst sandwich i ever had. it tasted very much like garlic as if they did not wipe down the knife they had cut it with or something and the tomatoes tasted spoiled. it was a bit better once i took out the tomatoes but still very disappointing. i think the staff may need retraining in cross contamination and customer service.

Subway recently totally renovated inside and got new employees. Brand new ice and soda machine with Pepsi products. I haven’t been to this subway in years and was very pleased! The guys working were very nice and did a great job with my sandwiches. I’ll definitely be back!

Placed order in the app & it hadn't even been started on when I arrived. No other customers in the store but I was told to wait. When given my order I could tell it felt cold so I suspected it was bread from the previous day. I was right. Bread was definitely not fresh & not even room temperature. There's nothing worse than taking that very first bite & you get a mouth full of something you hate....onions. I didn't order onions on my sandwich. Totally dissatisfied. Poor service & poor food quality.

I got these coupons in the mail that I usually throw away, but because the price of food I looked at them and they seemed like a really good deal! BUT, I clipped the coupon out I wanted and went their after the lunch rush and although the young lady at the counter was nice she told me after I presented the coupon that “ya those coupons don’t work probably because the deal of the day” I looked perplexed and she said I will ring the coupon up to show you “! I thought maybe she would override it and still offer the deal but that was a NO! I’m sure there is no management that looks at these reviews but buyer beware! Coupons are just to get you their and then let you down so you will spend more money!!!!!

I am new to the area and as such, I am a heavy user of Google Maps, and I take the ratings seriously. Therefore, the sub was great as always. The poor rating is because there were no drinks but water, and there were no chips of any kind. In fact, they didn't even have bags to put your purchase into.

We went to this location on November 6th for lunch. I ordered a 6 inch wrap with chips and a small drink and my husband ordered a 6 inch sub with chips and small drink. The bill came to 22 dollars and change. While eating I noticed the sign in the window that said MealDeal, any 6 inch sub with chips and small drink is 6.99. I took my receipt to counter and inquired why my bill was so much if it should have been 6.99. He looked at me blankly and stated only certain subs were on that deal. I told him that's not what it says, not even in the fine print. He e kept staring at me as if he hated my face or something. He then rudely asked exactly what was I wanting. I told him my change. He said did I want to order another sandwich and I again said no, just my change. He then just ignored me at that point. Before we left a gentleman came in and ordered the same meal and was told it's a 6.99 deal. The rude guy is Courten, or something along that nature.

Came here even though five points is closer to me because five points put rotten vegs on the sandwiches. Ordered 2 foot longs, Both the exact same way. Except neither were correct, Didn’t have the toppings I wanted and somehow one managed to not even have mayo on it. They’re both made the same way. ?

The restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh and plentiful, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly! We've never been disappointed in all the years we have been dining at this Subway. Thank you Courtenay and staff for a pleasant dining experience every visit!! Kuddos!
Vegetarian options: My vegan daughters.favorite sandwich shop! She has the choice of several fresh vegetables and her choice of how she wants her sub sandwich made!
