This was a very disappointing experience at the Subway on Junction Highway in Kerrville. The older woman working the counter was openly rude while we were ordering, making faces and acting irritated over simple sandwich requests. It felt unwelcoming and completely uncalled for as paying customers.

What made it worse was the condition of the dining area. The floor under the tables was filthy — lettuce, bread crumbs, and debris stuck to the ground like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This is not what you expect from a restaurant that handles food.

It’s honestly sad because this has been one of our favorite places in town, but between the poor attitude and the lack of cleanliness, this visit was a major letdown. Management seriously needs to address customer service and basic sanitation here.

Subway in Kerrville off Junction highway is quick, reasonably priced and the service is prompt, pleasant and a variety of sandwiches and fresh toppings to choose from.

This undoubtedly has to be one of the worst Subway restaurants within 100 miles!
Dirty everywhere inside, air conditioning vents and ceiling covered in black dust and dirt, mold.
The food isn't covered properly and the entire serving line is food mixed up with each other and spilled ingredients left on the line, making for a recipe for food poisoning in my opinion!
Employees are rude, unsanitary, and don't care anything about themselves, much less customer service and cleanliness!
This location is a health violation to even be open, in my opinion, and I will be contacting the city immediately!

I want to give a big shout out to Amber who was working. She had some people she was already helping and when I walked in she made sure to welcome me with a very friendly welcome. She was not helping the other people had them laughing as she was getting them taken care of, which shows she was not only friendly she could do it and still be fast. Then as she’s helping me she had me laughing and was so nice. She kept that place very clean. I will definitely come back when she’s here!

Awful awful customer service. Just ride and snarky. “Yeah I heard you” “ma’am I gave you that already” when you ask for extra. I understand there’s rules employees have on how much they can put on a sandwich but it doesn’t hurt to be polite and smile. Woman with bun glasses skinny arched brows and too much blush is awful. If you’re looking for a job don’t bother.

The girl was super rude I asked for more pickles in she put 2 more pickles. She Put the nasty parts of tomato's on my bf sandwich. We got chicken teriyaki in she put the smallest about of sauce my sandwich is dry. Basically she was rude the whole time in acted like the topping came outta her pay check never had such a small 12inch sandwich from subway. I'd go to another subway then this one you gonna get better service in food as where!!!

Ordered a BLT Togo. I was shorted on my bacon, there is supposed to be 8 slices (being previously worked at Subway, I knew this and it was mostly bread). Then I found rotten lettuce and onion ends in my sandwich. Had to go back for sauce for my sandwich because even though I ordered extra there wasn’t extra. There was no oil and vinegar like I requested.
I will say the young lady working was very sweet and considerate. Good customer service.
She may need just a little more training?
Someone to show her what is acceptable to put on a sandwich?
Idk. Thoroughly disappointed ?
