If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took the grandkids in to get a few tacos. I wanted to modify the chalupa (which I've done for many years) and the kiosk wouldn't allow the modification. I was refused counter help by the manager. Worst service in

Having to place my own order and making it mandatory is Crazy !!!! I’m stopping by during my short lunch break and I’m having to learn someone else system .. REALLY !!! I was told by an employee & manager that I had to place my order yet the employee was taking orders from others. Does the employees get to choose who they help out?! Poor customer service.

Every time I come here something is always wrong. The other day I did the mobile app to order my food.. it took them over 30 mins to get it done. I did receive 2 coupons for free tacos but today we went my husband ordered his food without veggies and there was veggies on there. He went in and they had an attitude about it. I try and give this place a chance and everytime they fail us.
