I have good experiences and sub-par experiences at this place. My wife and I prefer bubble tea shops in Boerne or San Antonio, but this place is the closest.
However, there is still a lot to like, which is why the rating is not a one or two star. The place is decorated, furnished, has a back patio, and is conveniently located.
Unfortunately though, the syrups and drinks often taste artificial. Additionally, my wife has asked for extra ice in several drinks, and has received little to no ice on occasion. There was one time we went and they completely ran out of boba. If there is one thing a boba tea shop can't run out of its boba.
Thankfully, the boba might be getting better. We went this morning for the first time in roughly two months and the boba, at least to us, had a sweetness to it that we enjoyed.
I hope it gets better. Also, if you're reading this, Bubble Tea Factory, I wonder if adding music to the place would make it feel more 'homey' and inviting to people.

I recently discovered this boba shop and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, with friendly staff who were more than happy to make recommendations. I had a few questions about the menu, and Jillian helped me out. She was just the sweetest!The menu offers a great variety of drinks — from classic milk teas to unique seasonal specials.
Highly recommend this place to any bubble tea fan — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by the other day and had the best experience thanks to one of the employees—Jillian! I couldn’t decide on a drink, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through the menu, explain the different options, and even recommended a drink that turned out to be delicious. To top it off, she had it ready in under five minutes! The service alone was enough to keep me coming back. It’s rare to find a place with both amazing drinks and genuinely awesome staff. Highly recommend this spot and shoutout to Jillian for being the sweetest! I’ll definitely be back soon ;)

This 5 stars is for the staff! They were a hoot and a holler and made sure me and my mama were well taken care of. I wasn’t even planning on buying a tea because it’s one of those boba places where everything is so sweet, but I had to after the amount of hospitality we received. Y’all’s workers are the best!!
Chloe and Jillian made a whole group of us tea jn a timely manner where we didn’t have a lot of time and they rocked it! The best bubble tea we’ve ever had and friendly customer service! The place is a fun and clean atmosphere! We look forward to coming back and bringing another group of people!

Cute place when you walk in. However the drinks are expensive for what you get. We watched as our drinks were made with powders then filled with water from the dish sink. You could taste the unfiltered dirty tap water. Anyone that lives in the area knows how bad our tap water can get and it was not good this day. For the price at the least filtered water could be used. We had been here before and it used to be good. So sad.
