Illiterate employees, food is lousy and cold, especially the limp fries, and if they get anything right even after they repeat your order back correctly, feel lucky! Kerrville has a huge problem with decent employees at each and every restaurant in this town. This Wendy's happens to hire anything that they can get for the money!

This place is a nightmare to deal with in the evening. I come here multiple times a week and it never fails to amaze me how rude their staff is. Multiple times I’ve dealt with the rudest employees in the drive thru. Whether It was management or an employee. Why would I order a small soda, leave and drive all the way back to get the correct soda if you gave me diet Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke? Does that make any sense to you? Management was rude, the girl with the tattoo on her neck was rude. She told me she gave me diet Dr Pepper rudely but she would make me the correct one. I told her to smell it. She refused to take it so I poured it out on the drive thru pavement to show I wasn’t trying to pull one over on them or a thief. She got even ruder because I poured it out in the drive thru. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PROVE I GOT THE WRONG SODA! It is a small soda. Why would I drive away and come back 20 mins later for the correct soda. Make it make sense. I was not rude at all and was understanding. I didn’t get upset till they were rude to me for no reason. This establishment is slowly losing me and I have no doubt they treat other customers this way. Ridiculous
No frosties and I ordered in their app. I need the creamy goodness but it’s never around 🙃

Have ruined my day multiple times with their lack of respect and communication when preparing a simple order even when not busy. I’m going to cry myself to sleep tonight because again they forgot my cinnamon roll. The lack of respect at this establishment is unacceptable and out right ludicrous in the way that they handle customers.

I come here almost every day, and I’ve never been treated so rudely by a drive-through employee. The man that was working the drive thru on December 1st at 2:12pm should not be working in customer service or directly with customers. The whole interaction makes me question management choices. Incredibly rude. Someone who has been in customer service For 20 years, I understand we have our days and I’ve done his job. His demeanor was not okay.
