Just wanted to take time today to say a few words. Last night a day before Thanksgiving I ate a a chicken place that was awful. I had a taste in my mouth and still hungry and 55 miles to drive home. I stopped in at this Whataburger and I knew and saw that they were extremely busy and short staff. I walked in waiting patiently and ordered. Waiting I saw people being rude to the employee's impatience etc. Common sense you can see they are extremely busy and it's going...
So today I went to whataburger in kerrville and I wanted something to drink and I got a strawberry milkshake. The lady who was working the front made it just right. It wasn't to sweet , and it tasted so good 😋. I will definitely return to this whataburger location
I've always liked Whataburger, as a Texan it's only natural for it to be a part of your life but my food was less than enjoyable this time. The brothers are great, when they are freshly made to order, not this time. 😒😒
