The guys that work in the store are totally awesome. They’re always busting their ass. They’re always on point and they’re keep it friendly and fun this place I recommend top-notch. I’m not sure of his name but the young manager in the evening is awesome. He always goes above and beyond and he also treats DoorDashers with respect which is very rare to find at lots of restaurants!

We love wing stop butt we will never never again go to the Kerrville location . They are rude filthy I called and complained about our takeout to just get the manager to hang up on me two times and not hear me .. the chicken was no sauce at all the fries were old and grease . I have never experienced this before and won’t want others to . Wing stop needs a new manager that when they call the wing stop number they don’t hang up on you this is th KERRVille location NASTY!!??

I DoorDash so I come here a lot and Day shift is awesome and totally on point. Night shift, not so much! I’m here with my daughter getting food for her and my mom and I’ve seen people who got here after us leave with their food. Our order was not that complicated. Two wing combos. That’s it!

When your told 15-20 min it should be 15 -20 min. I had to wait an additional 25 min so total 45 min waiting, for a 24 piece. WOW

Our first visit here was our last, food itself was fine, however due to a miscommunication as well as employees not doing their job properly, we were charged twice for our take out. I called the night of when I noticed it on my account, was told we didn't need to go by, it would be refunded by the GM. Few days and a few more phone calls go by, being told nobody, including the manager I spoke with I believe every time I called, could rectify the situation other than the GM, who apparently was aware of the situation. Finally I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back from the bank, but thats ridiculous. Somebody other than a GM should be able to process a refund, and I shouldn't have to call 3 times trying to get that done. Adding this to the list of many Kerrville restaurants we can't go to, not because the food is bad, but because of bad service.

Every single time we try to come in here it’s the same thing. The wait time is ridiculous. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes for two sandwiches. While it was obvious, they were filling online orders as well, the people in the restaurants waiting still need food. You couldn’t throw two pieces of chicken in the fryer in between the online orders? I can only imagine how long it would’ve taken if there were others in the restaurant as well.
Music to loud, and it was warm in there. I was sweating. No I didn't get got wings lol. Great team. Went there right at opening. 2nd couple there.

Great place, great service the staff are always friendly they are a little understaffed when I order online I do have to wait a minute or two but the food is always hot and fresh! Ignore all the one star reviews about people complaining about bad service it’s probably just boomers or over demanding ‘Karens’ who have to complain about every little thing because they think the world revolves around them
