The food and service was good. The place is just really dirty and run down. It needs a really good deep cleaning!!! I don't like to eat at an establishment that doesn't take pride in cleanliness.
Matsu is our absolute favorite restaurant. We have 4 children and every birthday every year they choose Matsu for their special bday dinner. Staff is always happy to make them a big deal. Decor is outdated and it's questionably clean sometimes but the food is great, chefs are wonderful, and staff make it feel like home.
Amazing food and service. My family and I went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we got there we were seated immediately and our waiter was on us like white on rice on a paper plate. Lol - our drinks never went empty (excellent in my book)
