“Thank you for bringing over the young lady from your college location. I heard her telling a vustomer she was filling in. I come in this location alot but NEVER got this type of service. So speechless from her customer service i didnt catch her name. But let me tell you how amazing this young lady is. When i came in it was as if i witnessed a spiritual moment. Its been so long since ive experience customer service on this level. Every customer being greeted , acknowledged helped efficiently, such a friendly spirit. I told my husband i felt like i was standing in front of a earth angel. You can tell she's Gods child. You all have a special young lady on your team. I felt so renewed after visiting this location. Put everything into perspective for me to see someone working a fast food job so humble most people act like they hate there job. Store was also very clean. Impressed and definitely will be visting her at the college location soon“
“Oh, what a treat I was in for when I entered the Subway in Kilgore TX! As soon as me and my husband opened the door, we received a hearty welcome and a big smile from both Brandi and Nikki. Nikki was the quiet one, but Brandi blew us away. Not only did she speak she stayed engaged in pleasant conversation with us throughout our visit. Her energy and joy were certainly a delight, and you couldn’t help but leave feeling encouraged and blessed by her presence. This young lady deserves a raise and a promotion. She went above and beyond!!! So much so that we left the store and I called back to get her name, because I wanted to write this review.
Other things we noticed right off is the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the area where the food was; clean. I have never ever been in a Subway where everything was clean, and the service was spectacular. Thank you, Brandi and Nikki, for making our day! As a sidebar, every time we travel, I usually wait a week until returning home to write my reviews….but this couldn’t wait. These young ladies should be celebrated every day.“
“I came on 11/8/24 around 6:00pm and it was a line of 4 people in front of me. There were 2 younger guys working (1 seemed new) and the line behind me was starting to grow.
I appreciate the 1 worker stopping to ask while continuing to make sandwiches how everyone's day is going; and he paused at a different point to apologize about the wait. I also noticed that although swamped, they didn't rush the customer in front and that they continued to take the glove off when dealing with money then getting new glove to continue making sandwiches. I didn't leave until 6:30.
I commend how they handled the rush and I made sure to tell them before leaving i appreciated the professionalism (and also left a $5 tip).“
