“I came in for a Footlong Tuna Sub. A girl named Montana made my sandwich. As she made the sandwich she was so nice about it. Not mean, or rude. She acted like she really enjoyed making it and waiting on me. Most workers don't make you feel welcome like she did me. She is definitely a keeper. I hope she is there when I come back. Another worker Jacob was there. He was really nice too. Thanks to both of you for making my experience one to remember.“

“I came in last week to a packed house. A school sports team was there. Two workers were behind the counter, one of them was a young lady that I believe to be new to the job. The other employee behind the counter was a gentleman by the name of Chris. The look of panic on the young ladies face said panic, but Chris’ look was cool, calm, and collected. I knew I was in good hands. In the craziest of times, Chris showed no fear. He made everyone’s sandwich in record time, and to absolute perfection. If the apocalypse should come during my time, I will head to subway to join forces with Chris. He will lead us to victory.

“Today at the Gentry location in Tyler Texas Shae had excellent customer service very pleasant very accommodating I really really good visit. I don't go to Subway very often and I don't think I've ever had as good experience as I had today.“

“I go here a lot, and several of the workers are quite amazing with amazing food as well, but today I want to call out one in particular. His name starts with a K, and he's been up there a couple time when I go up there for supper including tonight (1/13). Everytime he has been super nice, even towards the end of his shift. I've watched him follow food safety and ensure customer satisfaction diligently. Plus, he makes my pizzas perfectly every time!“

“Came in at 8:45 pm on 06/08/23 and received the most outstanding service. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman helping me, but I found out at checkout that I needed to pay with smaller bills. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I went to grab correct change. He was very joyful and kind, as well as giving me some extra cookies. Just a simple late night order made my night! Hopeful that gentleman is able to see this.“

“There is a new girl working at Subway on Grande. Thats nothing really new considering this locations history, but not gonna lie. I've started going back to this location since she has been there, the restaurant seems MUCH cleaner than it used to be. She is always very pleasant and makes a great (not sloppy) sandwich and actually makes you feel welcomed! However everytime I go, she is staffed alone!! She handles it well though, honestly I believe she should be the store manager, if all of the employees followed her lead ( including the current rude manager) they could possibly get a good reputation again!!! I dont know about the day shift but I know just about every eveing Jessica is there, store is always clean, and im always greeted when I enter! HIRE MORE OF HER!“
