It was a blessing to meet 2 of the most down to earth and family oriented people in the world at a subway. the customer service was a blessing and I felt welcomed and just like family while they were still professional I have never had such a great experience. Of these people who love they're job and put heart into it. And they made my sandwich perfectly and didn't burn my bread!!!!!? They're friendly, and the sandwiches made by most employees actually look very awesome most of the time. The problem is that the constant turnover of employees leads to a serious change in the quality of safety made.

Put in a mobile order and when I got there they told me the bread was too hot and had to sit for 10 minutes before making my order that was placed 10 minutes prior they could have called me. I've worked at subway and know you can still cutt and serve the bread out the oven. On another note it's 11am beginning of the day how is your bread just now getting baked?
