“They were crazy busy lunch rush but my food was cooked perfectly and it was pretty wasn't all slapped together. I got the blt with fries to go. The employees at the register were friendly and calm and collected they repeated my order and for it being very very busy I was surprised that I got my food pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh and the fries were nice and hot and the price was not bad 7.99 +tax drink not included. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant 😋“

“Used app to order and drove up for curbside. Parking and line is always so terrible. Skip that and use curbside. Curbside works great: Quick and always the right food, which of course is fantastic!!! Friendly person delivering!

Parking: Okay so the problem is the entire parking and delivery of the food in the drive thru. The place gets so crowded that there is a large line and very little signage, cones blocking entrances, hard to figure out how to navigate. The curbside works great. If you’re trying to park and go in, good luck: trying to get in and navigate out of the parking lot with drive thru folks in the way is a nightmare. Park in other lot and walk over. Be careful!!!“

Large portion sizes had complimentary self-serve well-seasoned beans located near the Coke remix machine, to-go boxes were needed, and we came there hunger. The burgers are priced separately from the French fries and tater tots for $2.99 each. The drink was also about $3. The burger was about $13 for it alone. All tasted very good. I will come back there again but not too regularly because it is high in cost for a fast food place. For two of us, it was $37 after tax, and we got regular meals, nothing fancy or too big.

Patron of Sbarro in Brooklyn, and eventually Times Square in the 1980’s when I lived in Hell’s Kitchen.I was happy when Sbarro opened in Tyler, Tx although just a satellite shop of the original. Not quite the true NY pizzeria that made it a NYC institution, but still very good for NY style pizza in Texas.We drive by it every day going to and from work and stop once a week to pick up a pie. We call ahead from work, 15-20 minutes away and it’s ready when we pass to pick it up at the DK gas stop.The service when they first opened was fabulous. Really refreshing in this day of lost customer service. But it is now slipping, which was my fear when we ate there on their opening day and met a family member who’s connected to the original Bklyn owners.The dough pressing has been uneven, leaving you paper thin crust on one side and thick as Italian bread on the other side.Today on our way home, they wouldn’t even answer the phone to take an order. I called DK gas station to see if they were closed or if their phones were out, but they said all is working and they are there. Needless to say, we continued to drive by, as we are tired after work and do not like to order and wait 20 mins. Sorry, that’s us. That’s why we call ahead. I’m sure we will try again next week, but I’m not optimistic that this Sbarro will be what it started out as. And I’m sure the owner is fine with that, as long as they make their money.Good luck.“

Tonight, we had a VERY rare occasion that our order was incorrect, we were missing 2 items (which isn't bad considering we were feeding multiple people and had a larger order). My husband called and told them we were missing 2 items, he was told "no problem. They always have positive attitudes and they're always willing to go above and beyond, and they do a great job making their pizzas.
