“The name is no lie; This is the juiciest burger you can get. The bacon cheeseburger is a must get. The combination of the thick cut bacon and seasoned patty is so good! Fries are okay, they use the stereotypical cafe fries. The baked beans for appetizers was a little strange given this being a burger place, however they were pretty good.“

“We went through the drive through, so I don’t know about the atmosphere. I would assume that it is similar to other Chick-fil-A places. ! We got a 30 count chicken nuggets. It was delicious as always. This one isn’t as busy as some I’ve been at.“

Parking: Okay so the problem is the entire parking and delivery of the food in the drive thru. The place gets so crowded that there is a large line and very little signage, cones blocking entrances, hard to figure out how to navigate. The curbside works great. If you’re trying to park and go in, good luck: trying to get in and navigate out of the parking lot with drive thru folks in the way is a nightmare. Park in other lot and walk over. Be careful!!!“

“Freddys has allowed the car community in Tyler to put on a great night once a month of cruise nights and we are so thankful for those that came out and made the first cruise night a success ! “Chick-Fil-A will always be one of my favorite take-out choices. Their food is always top tier, and so is their service! Every employee is very kind and helpful. This place is definitely super family friendly! Chick-Fil-A is also very speedy, despite how intimidating long lines can be. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my order to come through, even when with a larger group of people. On top of such valuable qualities, they’ve never made a mistake with my orders. If I ask for something, they do it and do it right. I absolutely do recommend.“

“Today. Red Springs, Chapel Hill, and Winona fire crews met up for breakfast. We collectively chose Whataburger at 271and the loop extention in Tyler. Our experience was unmatched. We where completely satisfied with the service, food, and overall environment. “I went through the drive thru and ordered a beef taco salad, got it into my car and dropped it destroying the salad. I went inside to pay for a replacement salad since it was no fault of the store. They replaced my salad at no charge even after I explained that it was my fault. Thank you for great customer service!“

“I gave 4 stars because of the price. Although for the amount of food received, the price was not bad. The food was greasy but did taste good. Large portion sizes had complimentary self-serve well-seasoned beans located near the Coke remix machine, to-go boxes were needed, and we came there hunger. The burgers are priced separately from the French fries and tater tots for $2.99 each. The drink was also about $3. The burger was about $13 for it alone. All tasted very good. I will come back there again but not too regularly because it is high in cost for a fast food place. For two of us, it was $37 after tax, and we got regular meals, nothing fancy or too big.

Patron of Sbarro in Brooklyn, and eventually Times Square in the 1980’s when I lived in Hell’s Kitchen.I was happy when Sbarro opened in Tyler, Tx although just a satellite shop of the original. Not quite the true NY pizzeria that made it a NYC institution, but still very good for NY style pizza in Texas.We drive by it every day going to and from work and stop once a week to pick up a pie. We call ahead from work, 15-20 minutes away and it’s ready when we pass to pick it up at the DK gas stop.The service when they first opened was fabulous. Really refreshing in this day of lost customer service. But it is now slipping, which was my fear when we ate there on their opening day and met a family member who’s connected to the original Bklyn owners.The dough pressing has been uneven, leaving you paper thin crust on one side and thick as Italian bread on the other side.Today on our way home, they wouldn’t even answer the phone to take an order. I called DK gas station to see if they were closed or if their phones were out, but they said all is working and they are there. Needless to say, we continued to drive by, as we are tired after work and do not like to order and wait 20 mins. Sorry, that’s us. That’s why we call ahead. I’m sure we will try again next week, but I’m not optimistic that this Sbarro will be what it started out as. And I’m sure the owner is fine with that, as long as they make their money.Good luck.“

“The usual Chick-fil-a expectations were met: clean, well-staffed, efficient, polite service, and price-friendly meals. All CFA's are more than satisfying, but this particular store was on my visit- somehow - a bit more inviting than some of the others. We really enjoyed the experience!“

Very few managers take the time out to thank the staff for doing an amazing job getting orders out and tending to customers needs. “Honestly, this is one of the few restaurant chain locations that I can authentically say cares about their customers. They always have positive attitudes and they're always willing to go above and beyond, and they do a great job making their pizzas. You can tell these guys care about how their store is presented and how they represent the brand. If you're looking for a consistent pizza and great service, this Pizza Hut has got you.

Tonight, we had a VERY rare occasion that our order was incorrect, we were missing 2 items (which isn't bad considering we were feeding multiple people and had a larger order). My husband called and told them we were missing 2 items, he was told "no problem.
