“Cashier was a tad clueless. Had difficulty correcting order that she assumed I wanted. Outstanding burgers and onion rings! Fast food lunch order 1 combo, one sandwich only and only 1 drink too high at nearly $35.00! Would love to eat more often here but can't afford it.“

“I’m with my family passing through on vacation. We stopped here to get food before continuing our drive. My younger brother recently had a procedure, and he has had to be in a wheelchair the past few months. He had to use the bathroom after eating, but it started to rain while we were there. On the way out, the manager came out with an umbrella to do what he could to keep us dry. Never have I been to an establishment where somebody cared this much a customer. The food was great, but our family left feeling touched by the care they showed us.“

“When I got there the food was still fresh and hot. I ordered 5 pizzas total. They forgot to make one of my pizzas with the correct crust. So they remade the pizza with no problem and i didn’t wait no longer than 3min for it. They also let me keep the other pizza so I walked out with 6 boxes of pizza. That was the way of saying sorry. They was very polite and professional.“

“All in all my experience was great. I was surprised that this and surrounding locations don’t offer delivery options outside of DoorDash. I was also disappointed that a complimentary ranch dip wasn’t included with the 12 piece wings I ordered. But I do appreciate the employee splitting it up between barbecue and hot wings.“

No customers in the building. The cashier and cook were both on their phones, and there were no greetings at all. As I ordered, I witnessed the cook dig in her nose, pick a booger, wipe her mouth, and return to her phone, only to put gloves on and grab the food! I voiced what I saw to the cashier twice, who didn't understand the nastiness I had just witnessed. I canceled my order, and they did not care.“

“I went through the drive thru and ordered a beef taco salad, got it into my car and dropped it destroying the salad. I went inside to pay for a replacement salad since it was no fault of the store. They replaced my salad at no charge even after I explained that it was my fault. Thank you for great customer service!“

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Sorry for not including pictures. I’ll try to add them next time.“

“Love this Christian based restaurant. Awesome service every time we've eaten here. Today the cashier, Youana, was so sweet and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. The store has always been clean.“

“Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! “I usually eat here every Tuesday during lunch. Even though they are very busy, I don't have to wait more than a few minutes at the counter. The food is always good and fresh. The parking lot is large, but usually pretty full. I am amazed at how many people they handle both in the store and drive thru. I have always been satisfied with the people, quality, and value.“

“My experience at this chick fila was phenomenal. First off, I only had $10 to my name, and I was honest about in being broke and not being able to afford the number 1 meal. I was able to pay for majority of my meal but was 6 cents off. The employee was super kind and payed the 6 cents that i did not have.“

They offer a mix of everything. Burgers, chicken strips, enchiladas, floutas, gorditas, and so much more. And the price is pretty good considering the amount of food you get. The 6 strip chicken combo, literally 2 or 3 people can eat off of it and be fine.

“We just left the and everything was amazing as usual but everyone needs to know about this assistant manager they have named April. She needs a raise, promotion , picture on the wall , put in the owners will to inherit the place or whatever because she is amazing. We’ve never met this lady and I had to even go ask her name before we left. That type of place don’t even use waiters or waitresses and she’s the assistant mamager and we seen her walk through the crowed restaurant constantly asking folks how everything was, picking up trash , cleaning , offering to get more people drinks , just had a whole room fool of people smiling. The staff at the register was even so friendly and polite and I’m sure that trickles down from her leadership. I don’t leave many reviews unless I have a terrible or amazing experience and I told her before I left that we was going to leave her an amazing review because she deserved it. Don’t believe us , go to the Tyler Texas Beckham location and watch her work. These other restaurants are missing out on her, I’d hire this woman so quick to be my head manager anyday. Keep it up April , you had me ready to come back soon before I even left. Thank you“

“I've been craving Sonic for a while, but all the ones around me are absolute garbage. I've always liked Sonic but having enough bad experiences will turn you off entirely.

I was on a little road trip heading back to Houston from Tyler, and I know from when I lived in Frankston that this location has been here for many years. I figured if it hasn't shut down yet, there's probably a good reason.

I was right. The burger I ordered was cooked perfectly, tots were crisp and freshly fried even at the late hour I'd visited, and the food runner was a really friendly young man.

The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the touch screen at the bay I was in being completely non-functional. I would've been happy to leave a buck or two as a tip, but no amount of smushing my finger on the screen had any effect. I was trying to see if there were some sort of physical buttons I was missing, but no... Just didn't work.

Y'all's employees are really nice, so I definitely recommend fixing that so they aren't missing out on getting a bit extra for their service.“

When I took a bite, it busted with juice and at first I was scared it meant that it was undercooked but NO just cooked to perfection. Perfectly crispy, amazing seasoning, perfect tenderness, and of course the smokeyness of the slim sauce paired perfectly with both the chicken and the fries. The toast was toasted to perfect and was still hot with just a touch of garlic, not too much, just enough to pull it all together. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to get a side of the mac n cheese bc I've been dying to try it but I'll save it for next time. Just wanted to say it was very very good!“
