“They were crazy busy lunch rush but my food was cooked perfectly and it was pretty wasn't all slapped together. I got the blt with fries to go. The employees at the register were friendly and calm and collected they repeated my order and for it being very very busy I was surprised that I got my food pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh and the fries were nice and hot and the price was not bad 7.99 +tax drink not included. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant 😋“

No customers in the building. The cashier and cook were both on their phones, and there were no greetings at all. As I ordered, I witnessed the cook dig in her nose, pick a booger, wipe her mouth, and return to her phone, only to put gloves on and grab the food! I voiced what I saw to the cashier twice, who didn't understand the nastiness I had just witnessed. I canceled my order, and they did not care.“

“Stop by yesterday for a quick lunch. Even though everybody knows Chick-fil-A whichever location you go to is always going to be crowded the staff is always well trained and keeps things flowing.

I ordered the nugget meal a drink and some fries. Everything can I quickly and perfectly warm. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The staff was really great as I said the love it was very crowded long drive throughs and pretty much every table was taken up put the staff was hustling and bustling add getting orders out in a timely manner.

This location is always busy and located in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking but they didn't really think it out too good because you have to walk around the back of the restaurant through the drive-thru to get to the door. There are a few parking spots in the front of the building but most of those are handicapped so you're stuck parking in the back.“

“When I got there the food was still fresh and hot. I ordered 5 pizzas total. They forgot to make one of my pizzas with the correct crust. So they remade the pizza with no problem and i didn’t wait no longer than 3min for it. They also let me keep the other pizza so I walked out with 6 boxes of pizza. That was the way of saying sorry. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! “I haven't been here in a while because I don't live in Tyler. But I'm working next door at UT on a construction site. Went to lunch there today and tried the Cajun fried catfish. WOW it was amazing! Cooked fresh. Super friendly staff! Everyone spoke to me and was friendly. It's a self service restaurant however the girl came and checked on me twice, offered to get me tea both times And got me a to go box. Great job everyone!! I'll definitely be back!!“
