“We love Papa Murphy’s. We have been a customer at the Tyler TX. Location since you opened it. Quality seems to have slacked a bit in the amount of toppings from ago. We order the same pizzas each time. Family size thin crust. Mediterranean Chicken and the the one with sun dried tomatoes. I can never remember the names. I think maybe because these pizzas are 2 of the best sellers, they are made ahead of time. Quality suffers in order to meet daily demand. Don’t miss understand, it’s the only pizza we’ll eat. And our nearest location is 40 miles away.

“I love Mario's! Mo, Veronique, and Afshin take great care of their customers. They support the community. They have great live music that still allows for conversation. But it's the Surf and Turf that takes Mario's to another level.“

“I absolutely LOVE this pizza hut. It's literally 0.4 miles from my home here in the azalea district.... But besides that Mr Jeremy whom I don't know is the manager or what however I do believe he is, by the way this evening I called up there and got my order taken by him as I've had in the past and he has always been so very friendly and nice on the phone and actually acted like I was not a bother and he actually has a positive attitude.... And that is every single time that I've called up there at a place in order so I could come in and pick it up. To be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to that Pizza to be honest even if I lived on another part of town I would still drive to this Pizza Hut in particular because if the exceptional service. I can tell that Mr Jeremy is someone who is in charge, however that has never deed or 10 from doing any of the other grunt work that anybody else is expected to do up there. “Delivious food!! At first I was frustrated, but recieved great service that made all the difference. I ordered for delivery and after not receiving my pizza 17 minutes past the estimated time I called and was told I'd have it in hand in 12 minutes. When my delivery driver arrived, items were missing and he promised to return with them. When he made it back with the missing items, he didn't have change, but after I called the store again I learned they were short staffed and he wasn't usually a driver! They acted fast, helped me get credits tied to my number, and the food is amazing!!“

“Honestly, this is one of the few restaurant chain locations that I can authentically say cares about their customers. They always have positive attitudes and they're always willing to go above and beyond, and they do a great job making their pizzas. You can tell these guys care about how their store is presented and how they represent the brand. If you're looking for a consistent pizza and great service, this Pizza Hut has got you.

“It's my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. I've never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. It's kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if you're not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if you're visiting here during rush and dinner hours.“

“This has been my go to Dominos Pizza place because they always made my pizza just right... however, recently I have to order extra sauce because the pizza is so dry. Now, even with extra sauce, you only get very little sauce and it's only in the middle. I wish they would go back to saucing up my pizza and we would be golden. I guess I'm going to give in and just let my husband order Papa John's every other time... But I'm not giving up on Dominos yet.“

“So I've ordered pizzas here a few times. My orders have always been made fresh for me. The staff does seem a little bit slow and unbothered.

They need to make sure they check orders before they hand them to the customers because most of the time I'm missing the marinara sauce for my breadsticks or pizza puffs. Since this happened more than once I definitely need to mention it here in this review.

It's in a really old shopping center on the corner of two very super busy streets so getting in and out of their parking lot can be challenging depending on the time of day you go.“

“Food was great. Heavy on the toppings. Not a fan of thinner crust but you get more food on the table that way. Small issue that was taken care of very quickly and the manager was absolutely wonderful.
