“I absolutely love this place. It’s probably my current favorite. I love the variety and the customization. The ingredients are fresh and real, and the portions are big enough that I usually have leftovers.

My favorite is to get the Mediterranean bowl and add steak and yogurt dill to it. The cucumber drink is sooooooooo good.

“As you enter, you are promptly greeted. We had a reservation, which due to traffic we were a little late. That being said we were seated immediately. Indoors every table has a view of the kitchen. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions about the menu. I had the Crab cake Hush Puppies to start. Nice large hunks of lump crab in a moist, and fried to perfection batter. Accompanied with a slightly spicy remoulade. For my entree I went with a Blue crab Claw Ravioli. The balance of this dish I cannot even put into words. Talking with Chef Lance after the meal, and observing him at work. You can see and feel his passion for his chosen art. Just when you think your experience can't get any better, a walk to the back of the restaurant. A doorway marked "janitors closet" hides a secret entrance to the Speakeasy. I highly recommend a visit, should you find yourself anywhere near Tyler Texas!!“

“We had a great experience at the Diner in Tyler. It was our first time there and we will be back. Melissa was amazing and attentive but not too much so. She really did a great job of reading the room and understanding when to approach us. The water was outstanding and with that you know the food will be quality. The coffee was excellent and the portions were great plenty to take home. Prices were lower than expected which was a bonus! Thanks for excellent service and great first experience. We will be back and we will be bringing more people 😊“

The portions were a good size without feeling over the top. I also liked the salsa, it had a nice little kick to it. Service was friendly and pretty quick even though the place had a decent crowd. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, good for grabbing dinner with friends or family. Nothing felt rushed, and overall it was a nice meal. “Me and my family have been here so much, I’m addicted to the food. Great pricing, always huge portions, and incredibly friendly staff. Food is always hot, fresh and unbelievably good. The best hibachi I’ve ever had, and is the only restaurant that I would drive from Dallas to eat at. I can’t recommend them enough!!“

“I want to take a moment to recognize a young lady named Roseann who works at Pizza Hut.

On Labor Day while I was there, I witnessed a customer named Brad disrespecting Roseann, including cursing at her. Despite being treated so poorly, Roseann handled the entire situation with professionalism, patience, and grace. She never stooped to his level or allowed his behavior to change the way she conducted herself.

I was genuinely impressed by her maturity and composure. It takes a lot to remain professional when someone is being disrespectful to you, especially in front of other people.

Pizza Hut should be proud to have an employee like Roseann. Employees who handle difficult situations with this much professionalism deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One local small business showing some love to another! 💜 We’ve been going to Pho Hot since BEFORE we moved to East Texas full time, and it has stayed one of our favorite spots in Tyler. The Honeydew Melon Smoothie with Boba is hands down my favorite—and apparently Boone agrees. 😂 But we never leave without FOOD too. The egg rolls, spring rolls, Bánh Mì sandwiches, and OF COURSE the Spicy Beef Vermicelli are all favorites of ours. We’ve been coming back for years for a reason. Everything is consistently delicious, the portions are great, and it’s one of those places that became part of our regular Tyler stops long before Frostyland became home.
