“Solid Mexican food here in Tyler. A little on the greasier side, but the flavors are fantastic. Lunch rush can be a bit slow sometimes, but I always call ahead now and never have any issues.They have great food and fantastic salsa (if you like spicy). I've been going here for over a year regularly and would definitely recommend it!“

“I was kind of shocked that there was such a small menu without chilli cheese enchiladas, but I ordered beef taco plate instead. Usually, I don't like Mexican Rice, but this place was really good. This doesn't seem like the other typical restaurants, but it was still very hard good.“

“I have been eating here for over 20 years! This is the hands down best authentic Mexican food around! They have never treated me different than any other person in there. I see lots of bad reviews about race and I have never had an issue. Everyone is always super nice! And the prices are great. But the food.....the food is absolutely amazing!“

“Delicious food, comes quick. I've visited at 5:30PM and closer to 8PM. The atmosphere is great all around and the venue is unique.
Parking: Street parking is difficult to come by, but comes with complimentary parking after 5PM to early morning.“

“So like this place should be a 5 star , but their lack of renovation is what keeps them from being that .Their food is 5 star by far , but like their fridge can’t shut properly, and they never let people eat on the second floor which ruins the mood sometimes. Other than some renovation this place is great with high quality food.“

“This long established restaurant is a staple of Tyler, Texas. Reservations are recommended. Although the exterior is a bit worn, it remains a beautiful setting with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff seemed a little stretched. This led to a little slower service, but the server was very friendly. We had Hors d'oeuvres and main course. The food flavors were quite good. I recommend this restaurant, especially for a couple on an evening out!
Parking: There appears to be enough.“

“Our first time here. Christian provided great service! The fajita nachos were excellent with fresh guacamole. The chicken taco salad was mediocre. I’d recommend grilling the chicken instead of boiling and shredding it. It doesn’t have any flavor. We’ll be back for the nachos.“

“Kind of a small place with not a lot of parking, but the food blows all of that away and is amazing. The street tacos, corn in a cup, and pineapple aqua fresca are my go to with loving it every time and even have a drive thru if you're in a rush. If you are looking for extremely good authentic mexican food, this is your place.
Parking: Its not really ever packed so parking should be fine, but there's really only like 4-5 spots to park“

“Vegetarians and spinach fans rejoice! The spinach tamales are the only tamales I will eat. Preorder and pay in cash if you can so they don't incur card processing fees. If you are looking to surprise someone with homemade tamales, buy them here. They have all the fillings, I just happen to be a fan of spinach. I'm sure they are all great, you cannot go wrong and the prices are more than fair.“

“Went there for the first time this morning. Breakfast tacos are authentic…some of the best I’ve had. The creamy green sauce was on point and had the necessary kick while not being overpowering. I love that they had a drive thru for convenience but I decided to go inside this time. Service was fast only took a few minutes for four tacos and the price was good ($13 for 4 tacos) Waitress was polite and courteous. She took the time to answer my questions and make sure I got what I wanted! This will be our taco shop from now on!!“

“We celebrate many of our birthdays here, but honestly was not a good experience. The server didn't write down our orders and got 4 out of 10 wrong. Had to ask for drink refills, and for over $3, do expect refills. When we asked for something, he would be gone for more than 5 minutes before bringing. Left our server a piece of b-day cake anyway!“

“I will drive fom Dallas just to eat a dish called aporrado ( eggs smothered in a tasty sauce with dry meat . traditional dish of southern part of Mexico. Menudo is delicious. Aguas frescas are refreshing. This place sells awesome fresh tortillas.
Staff is very attentive and curious.

“I had no idea amazing MEXICAN food existed until I was taken here. The atmosphere is great, it is not loud and you can hear each other at the table. There is typically not a wait and they are very accommodating!
Parking: You can park at the door, or you can park across the street
Kid-friendliness: They have horchata fresh, which is great for the kids!“

“TBH, I just go for margaritas, chips, and salsa. I did have ceviche once. It was different than I am used to, but it was good. The margaritas are most excellent. Well balanced and effective. Have only sat at the bar. Restrooms are clean. Go have a drink, it's a nice experience.“

“It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to Mariscos Los Chochos Fieruss and had some of their amazing tacos.
Keep in mind; when I say amazing, what I really mean is the best trompo tacos I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had trompo from every spot in East Texas and many surrounding cities and states. These have consistently held the number 1 spot in my opinion.
From the incredible flavor of the marinated pork, to the perfectly cooked corn tortillas. Everything about each taco is a 10 out of 10. Can’t forget the copious amounts of gooey melted cheese. Add a squeeze of lime and some of their heavenly sauce creations and you’re now approaching euphoric territory.
If queso is your thing, then please trust me when I say that Maria Rivera makes the best queso in town!!! By itself, it’s incredible, but if an abundance of flavor is something you truly seek, add a bit of their orange and green sauce. Don’t think about it, just do it!!!

“Little family run taco shop. Doesn't look like much, but there is actually a taco shop in the back of the house. Best tacos you will find in Tyler, Texas.It is only a to-go place, also easier to pay with cash versus trying to pay with a debit card.“

“Good street tacos and quesadillas. Drinks are served in cans or bottles. Very friendly staff. The dining area is small so seating may be an issue at certain times. Fair pricing on the food for the portions.
Parking: Small parking lot so I parked in harbor freight parking lot and walked over to juniors.“
