Celso's Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem serving excellent and authentic Mexican food. The chips and salsa are homemade, and guests receive complimentary soup and chips and salsa. The aguas frescas, including pepino con limón and sandia, are delicious. Menu highlights include the super burrito, quesadilla made with homemade corn tortilla, gordita, huaraches, Camarones à la diabla, Spanish rice, tortas, menudo, and enchiladas. Everything tastes fresh and home made. The portions are huge, so guests get their money's worth. The staff are nice, attentive, and very kind, providing great service from a very nice and humble family. The restaurant is small and family owned, with staff going above and beyond expectations, such as offering to make nachos not on the menu. There may be a wait for food, but it is worth the wait.
