Whoever the girl was working in the evening has poor phone manners. She had no interest in business. I called with a simple question & she wouldn’t even entertain that. All she did was pick up/ answer the call, then hung up without saying a word. Thought it may have been a mistake but it has happened two other times. Once a repeat & another at a different time/ evening.
Disappointing.
I'm more or less a regular, but this particular facility don't seem to listen to the custom. I told the cashier that I don't eat bacon and ordered two items WITH NO BACON. When I received my items, they both had bacon on them.

Schlotzsky's Deli is the BEST Schlotzsky’s. The bread and veggies are always fresh. The quality of the sandwich ingredients is wonderful, and the sandwich flavors and preparation are exactly what is expected. The food is great, with plenty of very healthy items. The staff are super friendly, kind, and very helpful. The service is wonderful. The restaurant and its facilities are very clean and definitely inviting. There are irresistible sweets on the counter, like a sugar cookie for dessert. The store by the hospital has the friendliest service and is the cleanest restaurant ever seen.
