The person working the register (Mkinnly?) Was patient friendly and acted like it was totally normal to have a line so large it almost didn't fit in the store! The kitchen staff had the food pumping out so quick and efficiently I was so impressed. And Ireland had one of the most frustrating jobs- trying to wade through the crowd locating the customers with their food. An unenviable task when it's a crowd so large no one can hear you calling out the orders. Thank you Ireland! Fantastic job dairy queen, we had a great gathering after our program thanks to your exemplary services and you guys handling it like it was totally normal.“

Its hard to find really good employees these days and yall found a diamond in the rough. “Hello! I was the woman that was about an hour late for a $55 order of food, thank you so much for re-making that order so close to closing time. I had to detour to my child before coming to pick up and that took longer than expected. I really appreciate the manager that night helping me with the app and rallying her team to get it done fast but also everything was hot, well assembled, and they got every item in that order in those bags to us. It's always very clean and bright inside which makes for a better experience also.
