“Wow. Last night our homeschool group descended on dairy queen after our end of the year program. We packed.this.place out. EVERY one of your staff did an impressive job. The person working the register (Mkinnly?) Was patient friendly and acted like it was totally normal to have a line so large it almost didn't fit in the store! The kitchen staff had the food pumping out so quick and efficiently I was so impressed. And Ireland had one of the most frustrating jobs- trying to wade through the crowd locating the customers with their food. An unenviable task when it's a crowd so large no one can hear you calling out the orders. Thank you Ireland! Fantastic job dairy queen, we had a great gathering after our program thanks to your exemplary services and you guys handling it like it was totally normal.“

Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Manager is the best around, she's a people person. Pizzas are always good also, it's been a while since I've seen people enjoy their jobs. It's always very clean and bright inside which makes for a better experience also. I try to come here whenever I'm in town, I would definitely recommend to anyone, its hard to find service with a smile anymore. I give it an A+. Hope yall enjoy it also.“

“Hello! I was the woman that was about an hour late for a $55 order of food, thank you so much for re-making that order so close to closing time. I had to detour to my child before coming to pick up and that took longer than expected. I really appreciate the manager that night helping me with the app and rallying her team to get it done fast but also everything was hot, well assembled, and they got every item in that order in those bags to us. “Very good place to eat. Haven’t been there in awhile but decide to give it another chance and it was amazing friendly, caring, kind employees. Greeted us when we came into the store and wish us farewell when we left. Store was clean and smelled good, food was stocked and looked fresh. Bread was amazing and tasted great. Actually enjoyed sitting down and eating in there. The person that served us was Thomas and he done an outstanding and excellent job. Will be back again. He has done a hard and good job flipping and turning that place around and Jessica done a great job training him and showing him how to take care of that place. I have read all the other reviews from everyone. Please y’all give this young man that has took over a chance to show y’all like he has me and y’all will see the difference and will love it and enjoy it can y’all give it another chance?
