Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“We had a fairly large order tonight (3-15-26) with modifications, and I have to say I'm impressed. Normally when we have a large order with modifications at least 1 item is incorrect but not tonight. So whoever is working tonight, GREAT JOB! KEEP IT UP!“

“They did good, friendly, fresh fries , burger stacked properly, nuggets fresh, had the sauce we wanted. Took service down to three because they didn't give us napkins, or ketchup automatically. We didnt want ketchup, but I think they should ask. Napkins should 100% of the time be included. Always. People forget to ask.

“We ate there, Wed Nov 6th and I witnessed one of your employees help an elderly gentleman out to his ride! This man had dementia and was left to get back to the car his daughter brought him in! His daughter left him alone and your employee went out of her way to help him. Myself and another patron were visibly shaken from the lack of respect his daughter gave, but your employee with a walking cast on her leg made us feel better that this Veteran was helped! A pat on the back goes a long way.“

“Stopped by for something fast, fresh, easy and that's exactly what I got. I ordered a chicken wrap, 6 macadamia nut cooked and a medium Dr Pepper. Everything tasted worderful, it was done in good time especially since the person making mine was very new. My big kuddos goes to the lady who I assume is a shift manager. If she's not in management, she should be. They appeared to be way understaffed but she was calm and helpful to customers and her trainee. I was very impressed by my first visit which is why for sure come back. I wish I remembered her name because she was for sure a big part of why my visit went so well.“
